Great location for ski lift and station(s). We were there for a short break and we're pleasantly surprised with a good value self catering apartment with a nice mountain view and friendly helpful staff. Looking forward to staying there again.

Great service! The staff was so pleasant and the owner was helpful with providing information about ski conditions. The hotel is in a great location - walking distance from the train station and shopping / restaurant area. Also a just a short train ride from skiing! We would definitely stay again!!

The furniture is a bit dated for the price paid, but the rooms are spacious and very clean with a garden (if you stay at the ground floor) or a balcony with view towards the Zugspitze, parking is free and the position is very close to the centre of Garmisch, so that you sleep in a very quiet neighborhood being...

I did two nights here with my wife and my dad and his wife, we were checked in by the owner who is very friendly and helpful. He loves Garmisch and his affection for the cities shows in how effortlessly he recommends what to do and where to go while you are on your stay. (and there is a lot...

We stayed for a week over the new year. Absolutely loved this hotel - very friendly service, really nice room, great location and all for a good price. We are English but live in Hamburg and drove down. There was sufficient parking, and the hotel is just a few minutes walk from the old town and a host of restaurants....

The owner of the hotel is very nice and friendly. I informed him that we were coming quite late and he left keys in the key box next to the hotel entrance. The guesthouse is located within a walking distance (about 400 m) from Zugspitzbahn and the owner allowed us to park our car at the hotel premises after we...

Rooms are clean , located in a quiet area, convenient to all the amenities that Garmisch has to offer, e.g. restaurants, shops and all main attractions. Mr Brunthaller is friendly and made us welcome from day one. This hotel would...

I stayed in this hotel/guesthouse last yr (july 2012) with friends while on a motorbike trip in Germany. The rooms were clean & breakfast was fine. It was also.possible to sit in the sunshine in the evening & have a beer on the cosy porch. While we were there other rooms were being decorated. Owner of the hotel was very...

I spent a night here en route to climbing Alpspitze. Bed was on the small side and pushed against the wall, which made the sleeping space feel more cramped than what it possibly was. I had to go back and ask for a wifi password (would have expected it to be given to me when I checked in), and then...
