We stayed 3 nights here. Our room was huge in European standards! I was shocked when we checked in because I was expecting a postage stamp sized room. We had 2 twin beds pushed together to make a double bed so there was a crack in the middle, but many places in Europe (and on cruise ships) have this. The...

I stayed here for 3 days in May 2011 for a business trip and would definitely stay here again. The rooms are a bit on the small side and there's not a gym/fitness center but the convenience and price make up for that. There was a business center, but actually it appeared to be a converted phone booth. Don't plan...

We stayed at the Drei Loewen hotel in Munich as a stopover whilst travelling to Austria for a ski holiday as it is a few minutes walk from Muenchen Hauptbahnhof. It was late when we arrived, but the hotel was easy to find from the railway station. We had a large room which was comfortable with a choice of pillows....

Stayed here for 1 night in August at a discounted rate. We had a big room, with a comfy bed. Had an old TV in our room with limited channels (most were pay per view) and the socket in the wall was detached from the wall. The bathroom was also huge - shower in-bath. Would stay here again if the...

The Drei Loewen Hotel was exactly what I had a expected an even a bit more. Location to Main Station makes this hotel an excellent choice if arriving by train. Also makes for quick access to S- or U-Bahn to travel all over Munich. Check-in was quick and effortless. Single room was simple and adequate. Very nice, clean bathroom. Only...

The hotel is very central and close to the main train station. The decor of the lobby and restaurant is probably some peoples thing, but we thought it looked tacky...painted curtains and cherubs on the walls???? The breakfast was nice...good coffee, the staff in there were really nice. I can't really say the same for the reception staff. They were...

Friendly staff, downtown located, silent rooms, wide selection breakfast. At walking distance (very short) from Railway Station. The only downside might be walkin' in a night attractions street at some time of the night (we hadn't any issue, I admit it).

I booked this hotel out of neccessity needing hotel close to the centre and rail station and for that it ticks the boxes, however after that the hotel quickly lost any appeal. It's location was slap bang opposite kebab shops and strip joints and casinos and is on a major road into the city - noise starts at 7am and...

A decent location a half block from the southeastern exit from the U-bahn underground complex at Hauptbahnhoff. If you are coming off the S-bahn from the Airport, don't go up to the main level of the Hauptbahnhoff as this will require a bit of extra walking on the surface streets and it is more direct from the underground. For the...

Stayed for 4 nights. Generally, a reasonable standard for a city centre hotel. Although clean, it all looked a bit tired. For example, a floor standing CRT TV with limited, international channels; and a chrome bath tap that had been polished back to the brass! Movement sensing lights in the corridors which were a little tardy to operate gave the...
