We have stayed at the Acanthus Hotel several times and have never been disappointed. The staff is friendly and professional, the rooms are extremely clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is wonderful.

Sorry. I do not know if they allow dogs or not. You need to ask the hotel directly. Also, same regarding 110 volts. Usually you do need an adaptor in Germany (and Europe), but perhaps the hotel can give you one.
