I spent 2 nights at this hotel during the last two days of the Oktober fest since hotels around Munich center had sky rocketing prices during that period. I needed to be near the Gasteig for a concert and Preicing was convenient. Anyway, the S baan gets you everywhere in Munich. Never mind the high price, but I got a... More

My husband and I stayed here for a little over a week in September. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was lovely with a new-looking decor. Clean rooms and good breakfast. The main problem was the air conditioning. It wasn't really adequate. We asked several times if the room could be made cooler, but it never really... More

I stayed 4 nights here in early October 2015. Because Munich was still crowded from Octoberfest, it was the best I could do. It was a bit expensive. It is located right at a tram stop and an easy ride from the main station. It is within walking district of the old town, but on a hill so I took... More

This was a fantastic hotel, reasonably priced and well outfited. The beds were uncharacteristically comfortable, by german standards and the building was off the beaten track, so at nights it was quiet. The staff were well trained, spoke decent english and they were helpful and knew how to treat guests. I was impressed and will certainly return here again if... More

Stayed there 4 nights for business and all was really OK. The hotel I situated 5 minutes' walk to the "Rosenheim Platz" Mtero station, just behind the Hilton City hotel. Walking towards the center, you are 5-10 min walk form the Museum and 20 min from the city center…all very accessible . Reception staff were all very accommodative and helped... More

This hotel is very easy to get to, just travel to Rosenheimer Platz, walk through the Gasteig theatre complex and across the road, round the corner and the hotel is right in front of you. Our room was small but bright and clean. The air conditioning is not very effective, we found the room warm and opened the windows and... More

I've been many times to Hotel Preysing that I cannot say anything other than "perfect". I love it, I love the personnel professional behaviour, the rooms, the welcoming dessert upon arrival, the amazing breakfast...and, last but not least, its perfect position if you like visiting Munich. My visits are mainly for work, but I decided also to stay there on... More

The Preysing is a hotel located near Munich centre close to an underground station (Rosenheimer Platz). The rooms are warm and clean and the breakfast has a variety of dishes both for a continental and for an english breakfast. The staff is very welcoming. Room prices are slightly above the average.

I am very satisfied with my staying in Hotel Preysing. Ideal location near a S-Bahn station (Rosenhein), a Tram station, at a stone throw from Isarplatz, Deutsches Museum, Wienerplatz Very nice and cosy room (bed was a bit loud though), nicely renovated. Simple but good breakfast (I'm not fond of the huge buffet). A place I will return to.
