A nice old fashoined hotel in a convenient location near transport, shopping, and food. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was pretty good as well. The only minor point to note is that the walls were thin so you could hear what was going on around you. It's probably not going to be a party hotel so...

This place is fine, not very special. Decent rooms, functional - that's it. The location is perfect, the old town "starts" around the corner. Parking is possible at the nearby garage. The breakfast is just lovely; everything regional and fresh. We used this hotel as a stopover when travelling to Italy. Augsburg is definitely worth a visit.

We stayed for six nights. The staff could not have been more helpful. Their English was good and they organised everything we needed. Breakfast was comprehensive and high quality - we were tolerated choosing our table each day. The room was unusually arranged but quite large and well equipped. For a winter visit, the room was pleasantly warm and well...

The hotel offers single rooms for business travelers. The room is more cosy then a typical single room. The bed was good. The room and bathroom clean. Excellent wifi! The breakfast is also good. No eggs present but you can order (no charge). I can't write anything negative. Good value for the price.

The first impression of this hotel was that it deserved a higher star rating. Our experience during our stay confirmed this in all respects. Comfortable, warm, clean with friendly, helpful staff and an excellent breakfast

Coming off a 25 hrs long haul flight and feeling a tad jet lagged , this hotel was just what was needed. The location is excellent, as it is close to the Stadt Mitte - city Centre - shops and restaurants. Our room, 62, was to the back of the hotel on the first floor, overlooking the courtyard and thus...
