We needed a place to stay on our drive from our home in Germany on our way to Salzburg and then Italy... and this was perfect. We are a family of 6 and were able to get the whole room (with 6 beds) to ourselves. The parking lot was great and the hostel was easy to find with our gps....

I had read other reviews and would suggest that there have been changes. All rooms have locks on doors and keys. The curtains are thick and street lighting does not intrude. There are also lockers with keys for anyone sharing a room. Breakfast of tea/coffee, orange juice, and two rolls with spreads is available for €3.00. I was also grateful...

We only stayed here one night to visit the castles and the place was cute. We did not pay the additional 3 euro for breakfast, but the staff seemed friendly enough, but they don't actually stay in the building. The rooms are nice and the bathrooms are clean. It is incredibly loud and although they have quiet hours starting at...

This place isn't necessarily that bad but it is below average. Good: The location, it has hot water, there's a fridge to use and the Asian girl that works there was very nice. Not so good: For the price they charge they give the absolute bare minimum in return. The drapes are shear so it's very bright in the rooms...

Advantages: Good location and for budget traveller. Disadvantage: Reception is out of service after 10pm, which means you have to call them by your mobile. Wifi has to be re-logged in every 30min. Bathroom is not enough for all the guests. The trash can in the room is very small, which means if you stay longer, you have to clean...

This was a great hostel. We had to wait about 10 minutes until someone came to check us in, but that was no problem. We had planned to have a four bed room (there was just two of us) but instead we were given a double which was nice. Two bathrooms on the floor, small, but always clean. The owner...

If you plan on going to the castles, then you need at least 2 nights in Fussen. We arrived on first day, checked in and walked around town. The second day we walked to bus stop and went to castles for the day. House LA is both an apartment building and at another site is a hostel. We stayed in...

The internet isn't super strong but you can find good internet in the public areas for sure. The location is good, easily walkable within 10 or 15 minutes to the city center and other attractions around the city. The room was nice, clean, and relaxing overall, and the bathrooms were good as well.

The City Hostel is very well located. The staff is very friendly and always ready to explain whatever you need about the town (even if some of them lack in English skills). The rooms are very clean and well decorated. The internet is a bit temperamental depending on each room you get. The bathrooms are all shared but surprisingly clean....
