The place was right inside the wall. Took 5 min to walk to market square. Parking was right across the street. Room was clean but ok for one night. Room is for sleeping. Bathroom is small. Two people couldn't fit in bathroom. Would have been nice to have a water kettle in room. Bed little hard. Breakfast was good. The... More

We enjoyed staying in Rothenburg, some 33 years after our honeymoon in the city. The hotel was just in side one of the walls and there was limited off street parking at 5 euros a night. The great location meant we could easily walk around the walls, stroll to the Market Square in about 5 minutes or walk to the... More

Nice hotel on a good location in the historic centre, just next to the Rödertor. It's on a walking distance to the marketplace and all the historic sites. Our room had a good size. The staff is friendly. Breakfast is good and diverse. They offer a parking place just opposite the hotel for 5 euro a day. The hotel closes... More

The time traveler in me absolutely loves this city despite the tour bus crowd trippling the population. Luckily you can grab some intimate time with the town in the morning and evening. Save your architechtural strolls for those times as the shops tend to follow the tourist schedule which makes the location of this hotel great-you are there at those... More

What a wonderful and convenient place to stay! The hotel was next to one of the historic city wall entrances and a parking lot was located directly across the street from the hotel ( €5 per day charge ). The center of town is only 5 minutes walk from the hotel with many shops and places to eat along the... More

Upsides: Like everyone else has mentioned, this is a great location. It is actually inside the old city walls, and if you have a rental car, you drive across the neat one way bridge into the walled area. They have a small parking lot but it is free to use. The free breakfast was good in the morning. Downsides: Terrible... More

The hotel is a short walk from the town center of Rothenburg. We stayed in a family (three bed) room on the top floor, which overlooked some city streets. There was no air conditioning, not surprisingly, but we opened the windows all night and heard very little noise. The hotel offers a parking lot across the street and a satisfactory... More

They have a good entrance process for late arrivals. It is an ideal location in the center of the old town ,very clean, good breakfast. There is a car park directly opposite. It is a very attractive building.

A few minutes walk to the Town Square and lots of shops to browse though they close by 6 pm. Free parking but the rooms are quite tight. No Lifts so be prepared to lug luggages up the narrow stairs. Adequate free breakfast with choice of eggs and lovely breads. Can't complain with low prices! Reception closes by 8 pm... More

A wonderful place to stay right inside the wall. All of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were nice size and clean. Our room on the second floor had an amazing view of Rothenburg. Free Wifi, parking. Enjoyed a lovey breakfast (included in cost of room) and would stay there again. Also a nice variety of treats...
