We were on the ground floor in a suite (2-bed and 4-bed with an adjoining door). Nice to have parking in the hotel, even though the hotel was inside the city walls. Easy walk to the main square and many restaurants and ice cream places. Lovely lovely medieval town means you take dozens of photos. Each alleyway and view over... More

Using our GPS we found the hotel quite easy. There is underground secure parking. The hotel has a lift. Our room was clean and large with opening windows and a small table fan, which was great as it was quite hot on the days we were there. Our room looked out onto a laneway to the ancient wall.....loved it. The... More

Our family of four stayed in a family room with 4 huge beds. Quiet hotel with serviceminded personnel. The parking basement is an absolut plus in the centre of Rothenburg, where parking spaces are few

The room was really big, charming and quiet. The hotel is right near the Rothenburg walls. The breakfast was pretty bad for a 4 star hotel, not much variety and they even charge for it! Next time I'll stay somewhere else in Rothenburg.

We spent two nights with our three children under the age of six. The hotel is conveniently located within the town walls. On site underground parking was big enough for our Honda Odyssey and easily accessible. The hotel is about a block from the main road through town and a 5min walk to the central square. The hotel has a... More

The hotel is fine, rooms are pretty good and the building is nice. Service however is far from a 4-star's. Reception proved useless. Not even being able to recommend restaurants and didn't show any interest in helping us enjoy our stay in Rothenburg. Breakfast is not good at all, cold sausages and eggs and very little variety of everything. If... More

This is a belated review from September, but it was one of my favourite hotels. The staff were very helpful, particularly as it was a festival weekend, communication was important. We had an upper storey room with beautiful beams and the most enormous modernised bathroom. Breakfast was good-another amazing room! The only slight negative is wi-fi was only in public... More

This is a very charming hotel! it is walking distant from main places. The parking garage is big and safe. The breakfast offers lot of delicious options. We were very surprised to see they placed a sign with our last name on the breakfast table! I wish to stay there again in the future!

Rooms very large by European standards and are well appointed. They have been modernised which could be disappointing if you are expecting something more medieval. Breakfast room looked amazing with all the Christmas decorations and the range of breakfast options meant there was something for everyone.

We have four small children so its hard to find places to stay that have plenty of room for us. This hotel is within easy walking distance to the center of town, yet far enough away to put the kids down at night without any noise from any late night festivals that may be taking place. The breakfast was wonderful,... More
