Nice clean hotel in a great location. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance. U-bahn station just outside the hotel. Staff efficient if not overly friendly. Our booking included breakfast which was much better than most hotels. Would book again.
Stayed at the Leonardo Hotel for two nights on a mini-break to Berlin. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable and the underground was only a few steps away, so it was definitely a good budget option. No complaints at all.

Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighbourhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop
down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theatres close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.

The breakfast was one of the best European I have had. There are various breads, fruit, cereals, meats (though not for you), cheeses, eggs and other hot cooked items, yoghurts. I am sure you could find plenty to eat for breakfast. They are also very obliging if you tell them a dietary issue they will assist.
