The price was really good due to an offer from booking. Good location with a tram stop behind the hotel that leads you directly to Alexanderplatz. The room was ok but not for a 4 star hotel. Wifi was not free (not the end of the world) and lack of amenities in the bathroom. Really poor acoustic insulation

The hotel is nice, staff are friendly enough. Rooms are nice and clean upon arrival and are cleaned every day (unless you state otherwise). Beds are clean and comfy, a pleasant nights sleep with not too much noise. Overall a pleasant enough experience.

Hotel was ok but on arrival the receptionists (both female) were appalling. Extremely rude, unhelpful & not forthcoming with any help or information. On the 2nd day I went to reception for advise about public transport & wifi, luckily the female receptionists were not working. The male receptionist was very helpful and friendly. He was welcoming and explained everything very...
