Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighbourhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop
down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theatres close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.
I've booked to go to this hotel in January but am just wondering about transfers to and from the hotel as the people who I have booked the flights with said they haven't got any transfers to there so I was wondering can I get a few tips please i.e taxi fairs with return how much it will cost roughly? and how would I go about booking one that is safe? or could the hotel sort a pick up and drop off for us? or maybe is there any busses or trains that we could get on to take us to the hotel!
Id appreciate any answers.
