HOTEL’S FAVOURITE REVIEW

I've stayed in many hotels in Berlin and found this one to be the best so far. It's a bit nicer than the typical Mercure and it's located right by a U-bahn line as well as a tram stop and the TXL bus stop. Unbelievable convenience. There is a market around the corner to purchase supplies and several ethnic eateries...

My room was clean, comfortable and fitted out with all the necessary amenities - coffee and teabags, sugar, milk, shower cap, mini sewing kit, Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel just 3 tram stops away from the Hauptbanhhof while the metro stop is just round the corner. Highly recommended.

Favorably located 100 meters from Naturkundemuseum-U6, always kind and helpful employees. Efficient luggage storage service (at the checkin and at the checkout). Room and bathroom not very large but well organized and great for short stays with useful and comfortable furnishings. Extremely quiet and comfortable with any service. Highly recommended.

We stayed here over New Year's eve. Great location, great breakfasts and room service. Would recommend staying here for a 4 night stay. Very close to train station which made getting around easy. All the staff spoke English which was helpful.

I had a pleasant stay in this hotel. Good location, great restaurants in the neighborhood, nice lobby bar. Friendly stuff that helped me with initial issue for breakfast reservation. Nothing major to complain about.

Hotel is so convenient for getting around Berlin easily. The nearest underground station is around the corner and the main train station is walkable too. Our room was a comfortable size and had everything we needed. We didn't have breakfast included but there were options nearby and for food at night too. Try Peter Pane for burgers (near the main...

Hotel is well maintained. Room was clean and comfortable enough. However there was no single bottle of water. Staff nice and friendly. Lobby not very spacious but cosy and of interesting design.Worth of its price.

Early February to a convention in Berlin, needed a hotel on walking distance but cold not find it. This hotel is located in the city center which is fine and taxi (when available) can bring you anywhere. Nearby lots of things to see if you have time.

This hotel is in a good location, very closed to the tram station & berlin Centre Train Station. Breakfast is good, room are clean, but there is bad smell in the toilet of my room especially in morning.

Staying in Mitte

Neighbourhood Profile
Mitte
The centre of Berlin, Mitte is most famous for sights like the Brandenburg Gate, Alexanderplatz, and Museum Island. The central location makes this one of the city's most expensive places to live. It is here the oldest traces of the city can be found, and evidence of some significant transformations, as well. The gangsters that once ruled the impoverished streets between Alexanderplatz and Hackescher Markt have given way to an international crowd pursuing fashionable designer clothes, the newest food trends and frequenting the many craft shops. Graphic designers have taken up residence in what used to be backyard barns and stables. There are still vestiges of the old days, however. The occasional housing complex is a reminder of the neighbourhood’s past. And if you look carefully, an old 1920s ball house nestled amongst the art galleries and exhibitions of Auguststrasse can still teach you how to dance the old fashioned way.
