I have stayed here close to 10 times over as many years. It has always been a pleasant experience. The rooms all vary in size and furniture. Some have fridges. If no fridge in your room, there is one in the kitchen you can use. Breakfast is good. The S-Bahn is close by, about 20 minutes to Hauptbahnhof. Several good... More

Situated two minutes walk from the S-bahn station and bus stops, this impressive building with its equally impressive garden areas is an absolute joy. The rooms are spacious and delightfully quirky in decoration. The staff are very friendly and the breakfasts are delicious. Highly recommended!

It's located in a calm place and very relaxing with the garden around the hotel. The staff is friendly and nice. It's out of city but just across the street to the "S-bahn" station wich take you to central Berlin in 15 minutes. Breakfast room narrow but have a good buffé.

Family owned, rich classic designed, well kept & maintained, quiet neighborhood and a 10-15 min stroll to the U Bahn to get to the city center. We had the triple beds in our room, very large bright windows, very clean bathroom, common refrigerator outside room to use and coffee tea all day/night in the common dining room. Good WIFI. As... A quiet, affordable place in Berlin. Spent 3 days at the hotel, we got the first room on the lower level and it was nice and cosy. The hotel has a porch area and a garden at the back for a quick smoke and fresh air. The breakfast deserves a special mention because of the variety of spreads, eggs, cereal,... More

A lovely hotel in the west of Berlin. Beautiful rooms and nice breakfast. Lots of very nice antiques throughout the hotel. Good value for money and they also have additional bungalows in the garden for those who don't mind sharing a bathroom in the hotel building at a reduced rate. Quiet area and very close to train and bus, 5... More

We were recommended here by a Polish friend who has travelled all over the world. We drove from Poland and were warmly welcomed. There was a slight mix-up with the hotel rooms, and we were kindly offered an upgrade at no additional charge because of the mix-up. After we had settled in, the owner of the hotel, a lovely young... Official Description (provided by the hotel)
You have found us! The centrally located Hotel Pension with an appealing ambience. The Hotel Pension resides within a villa of the twenties, which was purchased by the family 50 years ago. With lots of devotion to the detail we try to revive the style of the former time. The vicinity to the *Grunewald* forest and the large Pension's garden make the guests nearly forget that the city's centre is only 12 minutes away. ... more   less
