I stayed here for 4 nights in Feb for my 30th Birthday. There were 6 of us staying between two apartments (orange and white). The apartments were extremely spacious and modern and included all mod cons and anything you might need i.e. iron etc. The location is fantastic with lots of small local bars and café on your doorstep. There...

Stayed here for three nights and loved it. Great location, quiet street but with a cool bar 1 minute walk and a fantastic restaurant 5 mins walk away. Apartment was cool ... and warm. Clean and nicely decorated. Great shower. Wi-Fi was a bit slow, but if that's the worst you can say ....

We loved our roomy, beautifully designed Orange apartment in Mitte/Prenzlauer Berg. Only a few blocks from U-Bahn stops such as Senefelder Platz and Rosentaler Platz, we felt like we were really living the Berlin life, visiting local cafes and exploring the hidden gems in this neighbourhood. The apartment is close to Bernauer Straße and sites dedicated to the Berlin Wall....

Great location in the former east Berlin area. Close to the city center and in the middle of a nice area with a lot of nice shops, restaurants, bakeries, etc There is a choice bike rental shops around the choriner strasse. You should visit the mauer park.

We stayed in the Attic apartment and it was beyond perfect. Roof terrace was well used during the warm evenings. Really well furnished. It screamed Berlin style at you and was great. Bed was amazingly comfy and the huge bathroom was such a treat. The only minor quibbles were the crap wifi and the kitchen could have had a french...

We have just spent 6 nights at these apartments, staying in "Olive." It is so rare to find somewhere that lives up to the photos but this really did. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. We were really sad to leave, it was lovely! The apartment is on a quiet street and we didn't have any issues...

We were a group of 4 girls who stayed in the apartments for 3 nights. It was really spacious, plenty of room for us all. The apartment was clean, modern, stylish and the kitchen was well equipped if you had wanted to eat in. The location was good - a 5 minute walk to the U-bahn station on the U2...

If you are looking for a spacious, clean, comfortable, well appointed, beautifully designed holiday apartment in a very good location, try this. ..... I was very impressed with ours, which was the "white" apartment. The beds were extremely comfortable and it had almost everything we needed with no clutter ( until we came along and dumped our stuff everywhere that...

This is a very nice place to stay in Berlin. The apartment in the last floor is very big, the kitchen has everything you need for a trip. If you're traveling with your family it is a very good option. You make it to the historical center in 20 minutes.

Staying in Prenzlauer Berg

Neighbourhood Profile
Prenzlauer Berg
No Berlin neighbourhood has undergone a greater change than Prenzlauer Berg. The artists and non-conformists that defined the district’s intriguing subculture in the 1980s and 90s have been replaced by a young, hip crowd that frequents the many cafes. Where there were once run-down houses in the shadow of the Berlin Wall, there are now designer shops. Beautiful old homes have been modernized and renovated, and on Sundays, thousands turn the park next to remnants of the wall into a playground for street artists, musicians, and flea market shoppers. This attracts young urban families who enjoy the balance of big city life and small-town comfort. Meanwhile, trendy, young, upper-class visitors from all over the world are attracted to the local high-end shops, cafés, and sophisticated bars and restaurants. The merits of this transformation are a favorite topic of debate around the city, but it makes for some of the best people-watching Berlin has to offer.
