Stayed for three nights while doing the Berlin tourist thing. The hotel is a ten minute walk from the Zoological Gardens S Bahn station and is close to several nice restaurants. Rooms are modern, clean and reasonably spacious. Helpful staff - good breakfast (14€). You will need to catch a bus or train for Central Berlin but Bikini Berlin and...

We stayed here one night as our hotel had overbooked. Our room was spacious with balcony and kitchen. Beds very comfy. Breakfast was adequate and fresh. Reception offered tea and coffee and cake all day. In a good district close to restaurants shopping and transport.

I stayed here for a girls trip to the Christmas markets, when we arrived the hotel had not been notified of our booking but they could not have been more helpful they had no rooms left but they sorted us out somewhere else for the night and made sure everything was sorted out. The rooms were very modern and to...

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times in 2016, two times in the apartments and one time in the comfort room. They were both greatly equipped. The rooms are spacious, clean, and the staff is very helpful and service minded. The breakfast is very nice, and they also offer tables outside in the cozy backyard. The hotel is centrally...

Travelling with a three year old to a big city for ten days can be demanding. We were looking to find a spacious hotel room with the option of staying in after eight o'clock without living in silence and with extra comforts such as two bathrooms, kitchenette, fast wifi and the selling point for parents of a young child, free...

We stayed here with our 8 month old daughter. Everything was clean and easy to use, the staff were friendly and helpful. Close to transport and a short walk to shopping districts. I would stay here again and would recommend to others.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone and in particular young families. The kitchenette makes it great to cook food for the children. Our family really enjoyed staying here. Friendly staff and very spacious, clean rooms. The rooms are very comfortable. I would probably suggest getting breakfast elsewhere though. The breakfast was good but there's plenty of other places around...

Have stayed at the hotel twice and have already booked my next stay. The rooms all have a small kitchen, so there is really no need to spend the 14 euros on the hotel's breakfast. I just bought freshly baked bread in the organic bakery down the street. The rooms are very spacious and my room even had a walk...

This was a great location, nearby the zoo and Ernst Rueter Platz. The breakfast was buffet style with hot drinks served to you. There was plenty of choice and food was of a good quality. A hot breakfast with a choice of eggs. The room was large and spacious with a magnificent shower with jets pointing in all directions, with...

Staying in Charlottenburg

Neighbourhood Profile
Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighbourhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theatres close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.
