This booking was a last time choice. The price for two nights was about 65 euros included breakfast which was very good. The personel was friendly and room was clean and quiet. In the near distance there is U station and some nice places to rest and have lunch.

The Europa City Hotel is ideal for leisure or business visitors to Berlin. I highly recommend the Europa City. The hotel is not the newest, the rooms are not the biggest BUT the bathrooms are brand new, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is great value for only 4 Euros additional to the room rate. The staff - all...

We had a short stay at this hotel which is in a nice location and near the subway. The staff were very helpful especially at reception when we asked for information and to order a taxi. The rooms were clean and ample for the reasonable amount we were paying. Breakfast was more than we anticipated for the price. Overall an...

Poor first impression when the unwelcoming receptionist rigidly enforced the check-in time of 2PM when I arrived slightly before this time. What a jobsworth! Needless to say the other receptionists I encountered were amenable. My annoyance was assuaged by the reasonable sized warm room with ample hot water and pressure. The bed was highly comfortable although the pillow was outrageously...

Rooms were ready on arrival at 1.30pm. Receptionists all very helpful. Very slow lift. Rooms warm(it was minus5 outside)but new carpet needed and shower. Breakfast advertised served until 9.30 but means finished by 9.30 on the dot,we were told off for still sitting in breakfast room at 9.45. would stay again for right price.

Its near by metro station but far away from historical places, you need to change 2-3 lines for to go every where. Hotel is old but well cleaned and good hospitality hotel. Breakfest is quiet fine for a Europa Hotel

The facilities are terrible are really dirty. The receptionist is rude to say the least and he is not willing to help you at all regarding guidelines for site seen. The rooms and the building in general is neglected and in case the people next room is taking a shower you have no pressure on the bathtub.

Unfriendly weekend reception staff. I had specifically requested a kettle and cups which were promised to me by the Manager three months before my visit. On arrival I was informed there were not kettles left despite the fact I had reserved one with confirmation to say it would be there. I was also informed by the reception staff they had...
