if you want to take your bicycle by public transport to the airport, no problem. Taking bikes on this train is no issue either -unless you travel during rushhour on a business day, when bikes are not allowed. Rushhour is considered 6 to 9 am and 4 to 6 pm.
Bikes do not require a seperate payment.
The train station closest to the hotel is the main train station (Hauptbahnhof). I guess 5 minutes by bike, 10 minutes if you push the bike.
