The Hotel was easy to find in the hustle of Hamburg as it is almost opposite the main railway station. Excellent breakfast and service, the room was a good standard if a little small. The pool / Spa are is Excellent.

A pleasant and comfortable hotel, with highly efficient and friendly staff who can help you solve even some unusual little daily problems. The breakfast was good. The free public transportation tickets are a great feature.

I have stayed at this hotel a few times now and there has been a hair dryer for my wife in each room we have used. Even if there is not the staff are so helpful I am sure that they will supply one for you
