The hotels location is excellent in the middle of Frankfurt, close to enchanting restaurants of Berger street. Rooms have not been renovated since many year s. Bathrooms are tiny, oldfashioned and one could have some doubts concerning cleanliness. Nevertheless the people were very friendly and supportive.

Good clean rooms. Location is a stone throw away from Frankfurt Zoo. Paid Wifi. No restaurant. Clean linen. Sub standard toiletries. Extremely courteous and customer centric staff at the front desk. Genuinely willing to help. Travelling by Metro from teh airport to the hotel requires to change 2 times

They ask an unreasonably high price for Wi-Fi, even though they advertised it as being free. As a foreigner it was cheaper to use my mobile networks instead. Also, they can't let you stay there if you don't let them copy your passport. Because of police-related stuff they tell you. Beware of possible identity theft at this place. Location and... More

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in for any reason. Location probably OK, internal decor needs a good fire or complete demolition and rebuild. Stains on sheets, dovet, bathroom floor etc. Visited sith three colleagues and we all had a similar view. We won't stay again. Woman on reception didn't ask if we enjoyed our stay. We didn't. It has been a good hotel considering the price, lower compared with other hotels in the same area. The room was not bad, and the breakfast has been provided at an absolutely good price. The undeground station is in front of the hotel. The bad aspect is the wifi connection that has to be paid!

During the Prolight and Sound fair they charged almost 300 euro for 1 room 2 nights. We paid at arrival. The front desk lady was impolite during the check in formality, unhelpfull, she was taken care of another customer during our check in and put us on hold. She promise that next day she will put our data company on... More

Room was clean. Service friendly. Affordable and greatly located in between restaurants, zoo and tram, taxi, Ubahn in front of doorstep. Walking distance to Zeil which is the shopping mile of Frankfurt. Playgrounds around the corner for the kids. Zoo across the road. Breakfast was plenty. Children eat free breakfast. Tip: Hotel is able to offer a 2 day rail... More

“The only suggestion II have is that if you are likely to be disturbed by the occasional "ding" from a passing tram, you should ask for a room at the rear of the main building - but with the windows closed, you can't really hear anything from outside.”
