Stayed here on business for 1 night recently. It was about 50 pounds for the room, which i saw as great value, lovely beds with huge soft pillows. Bathroom was large with a good quality shower. Reception staff were always accomodating and knowledgable about the local area. Only downside was that the air-con didn't go to a very cold temperature...

Simply rude, rigid, inflexible staffs, they dont know how to treat their costumers, even if one is a club member! very small rooms, no air-conditioning, quite hot in summer! Very noisy! They even didn't count my staying point though they said they did! Unprofessional reception.

The room safe was locked and staff could not...

We stayed here on two different nights, having arrived on late evening trains and dashing off the next mornings to catch other trains. Location is very handy to station and even in the drizzle and dark with big suitcases in tow we managed to scuttle along and find the place with no trouble. Some red light district activity but to...
