If you are looking for an acceptable price to stay 2 minutes walk from the main station, and if you need a quite room to the back side with friendly staff, take this ! Shopping centre only some minutes walk or take the tram exactly in front of the hotel

Stayed for a single night to catch an early train from Frankfurt's central station the next morning. While the hotel is nearby the train station, be aware it is also in close proximity to the high-crime area "Taunusstrasse". There are pretty sketchy figures in front of the hotel entrance at night. The room was adequate, the service wasn't. No recognition... More

We had stayed only for a single day. Located a short walk away from the railway station. Rooms were nice and clean; and breakfast was pretty good. Check-in and out was comfortable and smooth. Value for money if you are looking at just a place to sleep near the train station.

For business people, it can be a fair choice to stay. Supermarket, Chinese food and some beer bar. That's it. No more positive comment on this or negative. Because I did not spend much time to stay in my room. As I remembered that free coffee, free water, free sparking water served in lobby. But only one lift/ elevator is... More

This hotel had only one thing going for it, we discovered during our 2 night stay and that's the Location. Prior to arriving we'd requested 2 baby cots at booking and booked a room with a double bed. The hotel emailed advising us that we couldn't have 2 cot's and a double bed which was questioned. Upon arriving there was... More

The rooms are very clean, good beds, nice bathroom and with a/c! There are no toher facilities but the central location more than makes up for it. Within a few metres one finds lots of restaurants from fast food to haute cuisine.

Pro - very close to the main railway station, but that means its in a not great area that I found (even as a big strapping lad) slightly intimidating after dark. The lift was small and slow, and the rooms tiny - this really didn't meet what I would expect of a Mercure hotel, if fact I'd be disappointed if... More

Our hotel room was clean and tidy and came with complimentary tea & coffee and bathroom accessories (soap, shampoo/conditioner, shower cap & vanity kit). The hotel was very close to the HBF and we had a nice breakfast at the Einstein cafe across the road. The bed only came with single comforters even though it was a double bed. Our... More

First stay in this hotel for one night. Hotel is not big but location was convenient. It is located about 5 min walk for the main train station. 20 mins walks and you could reach the city centre else it is just 2 train station away. As an Accor platinum member, was only given a free drink and no other... More
