First stay in this hotel for one night. Hotel is not big but location was convenient. It is located about 5 min walk for the main train station. 20 mins walks and you could reach the city centre else it is just 2 train station away. As an Accor platinum member, was only given a free drink and no other...

The hotel is located very close to the central station. Very friendly staff. Nice room with ammenities. And the hotel has good places to eat very close to it. Many options of public transport, including metro and s-bahn.

I've stayed 3 nights in this hotel for a business trip. The hotel is very close to Frankfurt Hauptbanhof which is Frankfurt main train station, which is good for transportation but the area itself is not the best, lot's of weird people... so at night it could be not so pleasant. The hotel itself is clean, I've stayed at a...

The hotel is well located walking-distance from the train station. My room was not very big and a bit noisy (it was on the first floor) but, after all comfortable. Breakfast was decent. Good for business trips or short stays.

Recently refurbished comfortable modern room with good access to Messe and S-bahn on outskirts of Frankfurt. Clean good sized room with safe, large TV and twin beds (standard double requested!). Breakfast extra expensive but plenty of choice buffet. Don't eat here in the evening (Sunday) as kitchen chaotic and unable to meet orders correctly and it is expensive.

The hotel has a dependance across the road with its own facilities like breakfast restaurant and check out. Unfortunately breakfast isn't served there all the time and at the time of my stay only a note in front of the restaurant stated that. Maybe a note in each lift will help. Apart from that the breakfast in the main building...

The Mercure might not suit you if you're looking for a base in central Frankfurt. You'll need to use the Westbahnhof to get into town (there's a No 17 tram, but the service is slow and irregular). The trains will be busy at peak times. Back to the hotel then. My room was meticulously cleaned and appointed as you'd expect,...

I stayed for 3 nights and booked it because it is located very conveniently opposite to the railway station. As soon as I entered the lounge I started to wonder whether they got their 4 stars through bribery or in the hotel stars lottery. It's run down, and from looking at their furniture in the rooms, the last renovation must...

There are a lot of plusses for this hotel. The tram runs within 50 meters of the front door. in 10 minutes by tram you are at the Hauptbahnhof(Main train station). From the main station the city can be traversed by metro, bus, or tram, as well as get to the airport or other cities in Germany. The breakfast is...

309 euros for 1 night with breakfast for a tiny room, a small bed (1 person) and a matress that should have been replaced for a long time now. The breakfast was not at a 4 stars hotel level. I am a Accor Hotels customer (Ibis, Mercure and Novotel) and I am really disapointed of the quality of this one.
