I stayed alone for 3 nights, on the weekend. The check-in process was quick and efficient. I was upgraded to the privilege room, since my platinum membership in Accor. The elevator is the tiniest I've ever seen, but the room 305 was very nice, typical Mercure, facing the inner patio. I had a Tchibo espresso machine with capsules, and all...

We had 2 nights here, which were enough as we felt disappointed it was not the usual 4 Star standard we have enjoyed at other Mecure accommodation – 3 star at best! We had a basic room on 5th floor but facing the busy road, so noisy when the window was open which was often because the air conditioning did...

Hotel available very close to Hauptbahnhof in Frankfurt is the only advantage. We checked to the hotel while booked through a online portal. The reception was confused on if had already paid or not. Little embarrassing to start with when the receptionist calls you later and says you have not paid and will be charged. The room is quite orthodox....

It is a very basic bed with toilet like a 2 star hotel. All furniture and interiors are old except the TV. Very Centre Location and convenience; very close to Main Station and Frankfurt Messe Exhibition Centre. The lift is tiny and not compatible for wheel chair. May fit 2 person at at time if you do not mind stand...

I stayed here last night while I was in Frankfurt for business. Not sure where to begin. The elevator is a rickety old elevator and not for anyone with claustrophobia. I had booked a double privilege room with an unlimited mini bar, which I found contained a few drinks and no food. The main issue was the double bed that...

Everywhere you can read that this is a 4 star hotel but is is more between 2 and 3, nothing to do with normal level I usually meet at Mercure. Even thr price is of 3 stars so it is better not to mislead the guests and rate it as a 3 stars. Otherwise very closely situated to the railway...

Very bad experience in this ghostly hotel. Two adjacent buildings. The reception is in one building and the breakfast and other rooms in a different building. You have to cross the street to get to the second building! So far, one can deal with this inconvenience. The location is simply terrible! The food, well, they served us "dog food" so...

Very basic hotel near the train station. No fancy features here, just a bed and handy location if you are coming in by train. Lots of restaurants nearby though on the kaiserstrasse. If you're looking for fancy, go somewhere else.

Mercure Hotel Frankfurt City Messe is very much centrally located, within walking distance from the Frankfurt Hbf Station. The Upper floor rooms are much quieter and provide a view of the main road. The rooms are nice and clean. One does not need a local transport if walking is enjoyable as majority of the sight seeing are accessible on foot...
