Stayed at this hotel whilst on a coach holiday but found it very basic. It does have a pool and sauna which was cosy. It has its own bar which was just as well as there's nothing else around. The hotel staff were very abrupt other than the lady of the hotel who was happy and jovial. Very disappointed.

This rating is based on two overnight stays as part of a tour group en route to and from. Uninspiring hotel. Large clean bedroom. OK breakfast good evening meal. If it's available try the excellent home made ice cream. Had better overnights, definitely had worse. Nothing to mark it above or below average. If all you want is to lay...

Nice for overnight, but could have given us a family room, as we were quite obviously a family. The food was okay, but could have been better. It was a good sized room with a nice bathroom but it was very basic, and just had the necessities. Would recommend for a nights stop, but not for a long holiday.

I have been two days, opposite side of the main road, so I can say it was quiet, next to parks, if you like running, other activities you are in the right place; it is 4/5 km from center, bear in mind. Inside there is a garden, restaurant open window, brasserie, they say sauna etc. Some parts are really up...

we really enjoyed our 4 night stay, breakfast and dinner were very good. Petra and Roger are very friendly and welcoming hosts as were all the staff. Ideal base for visiting nearby places and towns of interest. Went with Shearings, driver was excellent, very informative and helpful

We stayed here over the Christmas period, as part of a coach party. Our planned late arrival was even later due to weather related delays on the cross channel ferry. In spite of this our welcome was friendly and efficient. Our room was large with simple furnishings and had a small balcony. Upper floors are reached by a stone spiral...

Food EXCELLENT. Staff were welcoming and friendly, Room basic but safe & clean, The outside area needs some work. Bar area small but just what you need after a long tiring journey. Because of the welcome I would go back again.

Stayed one night both sides of a coach trip to Austria. Arrived quite late and left early on both visits. Rooms large but are quite dated and beds very low. Bathroom very small. All very clean. Couldn't find any English channels on the small old fashioned tv. Breakfast both days was ok, cereals, meats, cheeses, fruit and yogurt. Bacon and...
