If you visit the A&O remember it is a 2 star hostel in a city centre. It simply is a decent place to rest your head. Four of us stayed in a family room and I was impressed that there was a TV, shower gel and individual lights for each bunk. Communal areas were clean and a 24hr bar means...

We had a good stay, rooms are nice and clean, bathroom as well. Good location, 10 minutes to the city centre and same to the railwaystation. Tramstop in front of the ho(s)tel. Breakfast is basic but good for the price you pay. The guy that checked us in was helpfull. But don't think you gonna have a good night sleep...

The hostel is a short walk from the train station. I stayed with two other friends for two nights in November 2013. Our room was very clean. When we arrived we were told we had to pay for sheets, which were an extra €3 per person, so keep that in mind when comparing prices. The wi-fi is free in the...

I stayed at the A&O for 2 nights, I booked a single room. The room was clean and it had a private bathroom, small but smartly designed taking best advantage of the space available. I wanted to stay more but after the 2 nights the price went up 4 times the original price because of K-Fair and I thought it's...

We arrived late (1am!) in Dusseldorf with nowhere to stay. Fortunately we came across this A&O hostel. The staff were friendly and the room was a very good price. They let us use (for a very reasonable small fee) the secure garage for parking and our stay, although short, was very comfortable. Highly recommended!

We stated in a family room in the hotel section, which had two bunk beds and two single beds. The room was spacious and very clean. The location is very accessible to public transportation. We took the s11 to hbf and then the 709 and it was very simple. The only negative I would say is that there was no...

I had my stag do in Dusseldorf and my friends and I needed a place to sleep between going out. We didn't want to spend much money on the accommodation as it was simply a bed to sleep in. We shared a 6 man room (2 single beds and 2 bunk beds) which had 1 bathroom. It worked out about...

If you are travelling on a budget then this is a good place to for a couple of nights but no more. Very standard fare for hostels of this type with bunk beads etc... Although my pillow did have some rather disgusting stains on it! Apart for this it was clean and the staff helpful enough... It is in a...
