Stayed here with a group of friends to visit the christmas markets in Dusseldolf. The room is basic but the bed and pillows were not very comfortable. They were very flat. The rooms were not very sound proof so I could hear noises from the floor above. Location is good, short walk to the HBF with great connections. About 15-20... More

We stayed here while visiting the Christmas markets in Düsseldorf and Cologne. The hotel is located in a quiet side street and is close to the main railway station (Hauptbahnhof) and also a 5 - 10 minute walk to Königsallee (main shopping street) and to the main Christmas markets. The hotel is spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly and... More

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Really appreciated that. Location of the Hotel is also quite central. Rooms were clean and quite spacious. The breakfast that was served is also nice and there was a good variety as well. Overall a pretty nice place. Would recommend it.

From the minute we arrived we were looked after very well. Lots of nice little touches like the bottle of water & Santa chocolates everyday. Location felt a little out of the way to start with but actually it is really close to everything while being far enough away that it's quiet. Staff were very friendly and super helpful. Good... A short walk from the main railway station makes it a great location. Greeting at reception was friendly and very helpful. Our room was clean and modern with wi if and a coffee machine. Complimentary coffee, tea , soft drinks and beer available from reception. Great breakfast with eggs cooked especially for us. Free pass for tram/bus in city included... More

Nice independent hotel with some personality (not the like same overpriced chains). Staff are very helpful and friendly, plus the free beers are a nice touch. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Good location with-in walking distance from the central station.

Value for money very central location. Clean hotel serve for purpose it is ok one or two days stay. It is not Business friendly hotel. Relatively small no big reception or resturant you can hold business meeting. However staff were brilliant they were positive helpful. Hotel itself score 2 or three. Staff score five it is justice four stars :-)

This is a low cost and very comfortable option if you are staying in Dusseldorf. The rooms are clean, modern and basic and the location very handy for the main railway station. We were very impressed by the friendly and warm welcome. Breakfast was delicious with fresh pastries, eggs, juice and great coffee provided. I would recommend.

Good value for money, good location and excellent service. Only pillows are very thin. The rooms are very clean and you have all you need. Furthermore, coke and beer are at your disposal in a fridge and a bottle of water in your room.

Excellent value hotel. Service was great, staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is a 20 minute walk from the Altstadt and 5 minutes from the main train station. Hotel would rate 5 stars on many aspects, but it is only a very small hotel and therefore only has limited facilities, hence the 4 star rating. Would definitely recommend though... More
