Probably the best in Koblenz, but not four stars by American standards. The restaurant was so-so. The room was efficient and the bathroom like what you would find in a mid-range hotel in the US. The location is close to the main sites but walking involves finding a tunnel through a park, The old town area is a couple of...

We loved the view. The hotel was very nice. Our room was just the right size for us. It was clean and modern. We weren't to happy to pay 16 euro's per person for breakfast but they had alot of good food to pick from. We would stay here again.

Had a very good one night stay in this hotel. Is in a good central location in easy walking distance to bars and restaurants. Had a room on the eighth floor which had excellent views of the Rhine. Didn't use the restaurant but had a drink in the bar which was very pleasant and the food coming out looked good.

I was very disappointed in the hotel which I thought would be one of the better ones during our trip down the Rhine. We arrived rather late and ordered room service for the kids. The pizza was burnt because of the time I did not complain. Later that night my wife found some kind of bugs under her pillow so...

We had a premiere room on the ninth floor which looked out over the Old Town (Altstadt) and the Rhein which was spacious and well-furnished, despite having to share with 2 older children. Unfortunately our enjoyment was marred by a room aircon that didn't work well and so we had to choose between sweating all night or having the window...

This is right by the river which is lovely. Ask for a river view if you can. Walk down the steps and you are on the banks of the Rhine. Reception very pleasant and rooms look recently refurbished. Very good selection at breakfast and hot food was actually very hot which was nice. You can also sit outside for breakfast...

On the positive side the hotel has a reasonable location, good parking, a decent albeit expensive breakfast (17 euros), staff who want to please, and a reasonably equipped room (with Ikea-like furniture). However a few flaws really hurt this hotel's performance: 1) depending on who you get at the front desk, the staff are either very knowledgable or clueless about...

We stayed here for one night while touring the Rhine Valley area by car. This is a lovely hotel. We had a spacious room on the fifth floor with a large picture window providng a view of the river, the cable cars to the fort, and the city. Our room was clean and comfortable. It is a fairly short walk...

We had to stay for a work/ pleasure related stay. Rooms were clean modern , new and comfortable . The hotel is close to the river and several central locations , you can chose to walk around for sight seeing and so forth. The breakfast was lavish , wonderful desserts as well. Worth it!
