Nice rooms, great breakfast options, good Italian restaurant on site (not open Sundays, if you fly in Sunday to start work on the Monday). It is a little walk from the city centre, but close to the train station. Staff are really friendly and helpful.

This is quite an oldy worldly hotel but the room was really large and clean. The parking was great as was the buffet breakfast spread. Unfortunately whilst we were there for a night the wi-fi wasn't working - there was no apology from the staff. It was easy enough to get on a bus around the corner to get into... More

The title says it all. Rooms are ok. I've stayed in many rooms here and everyone is different. It's a very strange/odd hotel and has an old musty smell. Beds and pillows are not comfortable but I guess ok for European standards. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good. Hotel has a couple good restaurants close by but... More

This was my second stay at this hotel and I was again very pleased. I was concerned that it would be a typical Best Western as they are in the USA, but this is a unique hotel with character. The staff all speak English and are extremely helpful ensuring a nice stay. As I was traveling alone it was a... More

This hotel was an very pleasant suprise. We where there for a 1 day trip to visit some friends and prefered to stay in the hotel which was at walking distance. The hotel has a very nice reception area with friendly helpful people. The rooms are spaceous and rather new. Our room had in addition a very big bathroom and... More

Hotel is fine if very old fashioned. Friendly staff and rather odd shaped rooms with my double bed being in seperate annexe. Had dinner at the Italian that you approach form the hotel lobby so its understandable you might think its part of the hotel. Its not and its truly awful poor service and quite the worst Italian food I... More

The rooms in this hotel are the biggest I've ever seen. I had a single room which could accommodate at least 2 more people. The bathroom was really nice with a nice bath, very comfortable. The breakfast offers pretty high quality food and nice and comfortable armchairs! The typical room is actually an apartment since it has a living room,... More

This hotel is nicely located against a hill with view over Mainz. It is 10 minute walk to the railway station, and another 10 minutes downtown. The room was ok, big television, good bed, good shower. Nothing special, but nothing to complain about. The breakfast was very good, all that you want is there. Myself, I prefer a bit more... More

This is a renovated building that was previously used for training DB staff. The rooms are large and well furnished. Ours was bigger than some suites. It had a separate sitting area with a comfy leather sofa. The bathroom was bigger than many 3 star bedrooms. It also has cracking views over the city. There was an enormous well stocked... More

I stopped for one night in this Hotel during a business trip. Well, I should say €79 Euro all included it is really no bad when we talk about Beste Western. In the price was included the covered Parking with direct acces, Internet connection, breakfast. Rooms are clean but not so luxuous, but considerely that I just stay for one... More
