Internet is not included in room price and is unreliable when you do buy it. It constantly disconnects, making it impossible to do Skype calls, which are essential for me and many other business travelers. It has disconnected five times in the last ten minutes, and every time I have to re-input the password. What they call their "business center"...

I stayed 1 week (October 12-19 2014) for businies trip. Restaurant supervisor and staff disturbing treats. Good housekeeping. Location is good. Reception service is good. But restaurant service is so bad.

We stayed here for just one night, but we keep this stay in very good memory. Even though the hotels outer architecture is quite ugly, the interior is good, with large and comfortable rooms and a great view of the river. It is very close to the historic towns centre - in just 10 min by feet, you can already...

Rooms spacious, clean and for a city hotel very quiet location.Large comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good, lots to choose from. All the sites nearby. Parking costs €5 for 24hours. Wifi is in no German hotel available, thanks to Telecom monopoly. If you want to visit the Zwinger and you have a chance, get the tickets before, we had to...

The Hotel Am Terrassenufer is a strange mixture of good and bad - but mostly the good. It has an excellent location on the banks of the Elbe, close to the intriguing new synagogue and only a short very pleasant walk along the river (4 mins) from the centre. The bad bit of its location is the main road that...

big and spacious rooms. I stayed in this hotel on a business trip. Perfect location - close to the main sights and restaurants in Dresden. The staff in the reception very friendly. Hot water kettles missing in the rooms. Also free Wifi not available. Though the hotel does not look appealing from outside, the interiors are well done and maintained....

Quite ugly from outsider but nothing is missing inside: walking distance to the historic center, magical view on the Elbe river and the skyline, oversized room and sufficient breakfast. This hotel is sorse it's money.

I stayed at the Terrassenufer various times already due to the ideal location for my business purposes. The service is ok, but the rooms and hotel and offer are nothing really special. From outside the "block" looks grey and uncharming. Place is clean and fine though and I will probably be back.

Big and spacious room, much larger then a standard Hotel room size. Very friendly reception. Good location nearby the old city of Dresden just 5 minutes walk. Lack of Air-condition was not an issue when we stayed at the end of August but we had to turn on the ventilator (the one in the room is really efficient) sometimes before...

I stayed in this hotel for one night in may before heading for Czech Republic. The hotel was not new but not so old. The room was clean and in very good condition. As I stayed on the 12th so from the windows I can see the city and the Elbe river, which was so beautiful. Hotel location was a big...
