The hotel is about 30m from the cathedral mosque! There are many boutique hotels but this one has a wonderful homely feel because of its lovely relaxed ambience , nice courtyard and terrace from where you can have meals and see the roof tops and city. Our room -no. 1 - was big but basic , and next to the...

Sadly, only 1 night in Cordoba, between Barcelona and Seville. Wonderful boutique hotel. Steps away from mosque/cathedral, jewish quarter and Roman bridge. Gracious welcome with vino. Well-appointed room, bordering on luxurious. Rainfall shower. Private rooftop patio. Could see cathedral belltower from rooftop. Delicious breakfast on beautiful patio, full of flowers! Great food in Cordoba too. Wish we were here longer!

First you must realize that you follow management's instructions, not your GPS m, necessarily, to drive in. Secondly, realize that they need to change the word "Mezquita" to "Mosque" on their ENGLISH driving instructions (as non-Spanish speakers may not automatically know what a Mezquita is). As soon as you see the huge, unmissable stone "Cathedral that was also once a...

The TA reviews are correct. This is without a doubt one of the best hotel experiences ever. The staff were all amazing. The rooms were imaculate. The courtyard's offered quiet places to read or catch up on e-mail. The air conditioning workers amazingly well. The wifi was strong, especially in the front court-yard. There was planet of hot water in...

This hotel is ideally located near Mezquita. The rooms were generous and comfortable. The hotel features a lovely shaded courtyard and a rooftop terrace. The restaurant was delicious. The staff were fantastic - quick, accommodating, friendly. They cheerfully helped me with my beginner Spanish and, when we had to leave early to catch a train, set up breakfast for us...

What can I say its fantastic the room, staff, location we were so impressed cannot recommend this hotel enough 4* hotel with 5* service. If travelling by car you need a small car to reach the hotel is very very tight # needed a beer on arrival which was the staff asked us. Lol

Everything was great -- location, comfort, service, charm. The courtyard is lovely and the rooftop terrace even better. The staff was friendly and helpful, with several good restaurant recommendations (not the ones you'll find in Trip Advisor). But don't program your GPS to drive to the hotel. Be sure to get directions that will keep you off the tiny streets.

We didn't get off to an auspicious start: we had inadvertently double-booked the hotel. It's a small 10-room boutique hotel and we then "suffered" with single rooms. They were very kind about it and gave a discount on the second night. But oh my what a charming hotel, close to everything with adorable, helpful staff. It's a converted convent/monastery and...

Marvelous in every way! Situated 50 meters from the Mezquita, this small, but elegant former grand home is absolutely beautiful from its floral courtyard entrance to its well appointed rooms. The consierge made us welcome with our choice of excellent wines and made wonderful dining reservations at Casa Pepe and Casa Rubio--both non-expensive, but wonderful in the barrio. Yes, it...
