This is a cute hotel, but it didn't live up to the reviews, from my perspective. We wanted a room with Queen/King which we reserved through booking.com and got a room with 2 twin beds. We had no room to open our suitcase unless we put it on the bed. It was very hard to reach by car and they... More

Hotel Argantonio stands our in our two week trip to Spain for the friendliness and helpfulness of its staff. The front desk arranged a one day turnaround for our laundry, helped with parking, and advised us on directions. The continental breakfast included delicious fruits, cereal, and pastries. The room was also lovely and well-maintained. This hotel has an elevator, which... More

Stayed here over along weekend and it proved a perfect choice. Centrally located within easy walking distance of the centre and seafront. Beautifully appointed hotel with friendly, helpful staff. We had a huge room on the top floor with it's own small terrace. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

This was our 3rd trip to Cadiz in 12 years and after staying in less than satisfactory hotels on previous trips, we began to despair of finding a lovely hotel in the old town. They are in short supply. Look no further, we have found it. We stayed for 8 nights. It is situated right in the heart of the... More

A quaint hotel in an elegant Andalucian Building, with a little fountain and an atrium. The staff were very friendly, and the WiFi was excellent. The continental-style breakfast was very nice indeed, with coffee made to order, and brought to your table, which was a nice touch. No complaints either regarding the air-conditioning, the cleanliness of the room, or the... More

We have choosen this hotel due to the fact that it has this typical Andalusien Style and is a small hotel (only 15 rooms). Furthermore it is well located in the middle of the beautiful old town of Cádiz. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Each room's interior is individual and the rooms are clean. The breakfast buffet has a... More

We stayed here for two nights. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast (included) was lovely and served on lovely assorted china. I felt like i was a princess in our room. The best cafe around! This town is a must experience! This hotel is a perfect taste of the flavour of Cadiz

The staff were ALL lovely in this place, I should point out, but the room we had was definitely not worth anything like as much money as we paid (the high season rate), as it felt tiny and constrained, the bathroom was also really tiny, the 'balcony' is really only large enough to stand on, and the rooms, although they... The ground floor of the hotel had a certain charm about it. The reception staff were great, more than willing to help out and answer any question even with their limited use of English (my fault really as I should have learned some Spanish beforehand). The breakfast area was nicely decorated and furnished with a decent breakfast provided. The room... More

Stayed here in June for 3 nights on a tour of surrounding area. This was by far the worst experience we've had in Spain or any other country. Hotel is ideally located and once found check in was swift. Once we got to our room noticed building materials outside and the next room was a shell. Our room was nicely... More
