Friendly staff at check-in and when we needed directions or recommendations. It was located a few streets from the water, easily walkable and close to many restaurants and shopping. You can't tell from the outside, but the inside of the hotel has an atrium; very neat. I was really impressed when I saw our room. It was a suite with...

Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. Large kitchen and family room. The bathroom wasn't so big but everything was super clean. Had to keep bedroom doors open because AC is in kitchen. Quiet at night. Underground cheap parking is near the Plaza. Churros 2 doors down and a wet market open in the morning one block away. There's a rooftop...

We liked everything about this hotel. Beautiful historical building, located in the very center of the town. Cute inner yard and friendly English speaking staff. The apartments are very clean and spacious: a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with airconditioner and a wonderful comfy bed and a shining bathroom. It's very quiet out there as a bonus there's a...

The appartment was very nice. It is situated in the middle of the city center (nearby the mercado). The bath- and bedroom were clean, as well as the kitchen material. The floor in the kitchen wasn't vacuumed. There is WIFI that works well in one part of the appartment. The check-out is at 12:00.

Navigating the side streets of Puerto Santa Maria hunting this aparthotel takes a little finesse during Semana Santa, when roads can close and the populace assemble in readiness for the night procession through town. The room itself overlooked the street on the first floor, offering a ringside seat from its balcony of the penitents and eye level views of Jesus...

We booked a really quaint 2 bedroom apartment in this wonderfully refurbished building. The people running it were incredibly helpful and friendly. Would recommend to anyone. Looking forward to returning very soon!

We were 12 People in 4 apartments. The apartments were big and Nice with washingmachines, television and free internet. Plenty of room for 4 People, but the extra beds were only for kids. But all in all a very nice and exsiting place, which is refurnish in respect of the very old building.

When we arrived (earlier than the check in) we were allowed straight up to our room. However, when trying to get in the door found the lock SO stiff that the maid had to help us, of course there is a knack perhaps, we didn't have it... So every time we returned to our apartment had a 2 minute battle...

Two couples rented an apartment on the front second floor with an ornate balcony overlooking a busy pedestrian street. Smack in the busy centre of town with lots of bars and restaurants within a short walk. Beautiful exterior with open galleried interior. Our room was fine. Clean and comfortable but fairly basic. Two bedrooms one with twin beds and the...
