We spent a week in Ikos Andalusia with my wife and our two young children and had a fantastic time there. The resort is splendid, amenities and activities were above our expectations, food is extremely varied and delicious. The place was fully booked but never felt crowded and we never had to wait for anything in particular. Great club for the kids who loved it while usually not particularly fond of it. The staff is very friendly and Pilar, who was in charge of us during our stay, was of great help and made the whole experience much smoother. We are definitely looking forward to coming back.

We stayed at Ikos Andalusia early/mid august and it was one of the best holiday we had. The facilities are great, the staff very very attending and the baby club (Heroes club) was spectacular. The staff at the kids club has been very reassuring and sent messages to keep me updated as to how my kid was adapting to the club as i was a bit anxious. The facilty was great and the staff to children ratio is one of the best i’ve experienced.

We have just returned from a week at Ikos Andalusia. Our holiday was fantastic - we thoroughly enjoyed every moment. The airport transfers were seamless, on arrival we were met by Dionisis who took great care of us over our week at the hotel. He helped to organise activities, take care of any additional requests we had and always popped by to see us and keep us informed. Thank you Denis! We had a Deluxe room with a pool which was great for afternoons when some of us wanted to relax and others still wanted to swim! The service from Katerina and others was great - always popping by to offer more drinks. Food across all restaurants was exceptional - we all enjoyed the choice available. We have one family member with allergies and they were always taken care of. Vegetarian and vegan options are also plentiful in all restaurants although found the options limited at Dinner by the Sea. We were met by Sia, the lovely sommelier and Alicia who checked in with us on wine preferences and made some excellent choices for us. The swimming pools are lovely - we spent most of time at the Deluxe pool. Partly because it was our closest but also as we felt it was the quietest one. Pool service again was great. Hard to find any fault with the resort at all. Beautiful place, excellent service - we loved it.…

We visited burning May half term which was quite clearly the first test the resort has experienced since opening and they handled it brilliantly. The whole team worked seamlessly to ensure everyone was very well looked after - Ikos is quite simply a masterclass in customer service. Everyone single staff member was polite, helpful and went out of their way to ensure they gave us the best possible experience at Ikos Andalusia. However, there are a number of people who really made our stay extra special; Andrea in the Beach Bar, Katerina in the Deluxe Bar and last but not least Dionisis for really looking after us. Thank you Ikos Andalusia Team, I hope we’ll be back soon.

Visited IKOS aria last year and was excited to visit the Andalusia one in July this year. As expected the whole trip was a fabulous holiday. Some friends have done 8 of the IKOS resorts and their and our own limited experience of two proved the model is repeatable. When we got home I was trying to describe the whole experience and I struggled to articulate just how great the holiday was and how relaxed we were. In the end I stumbled with my words and said if other resorts were 5 star then by comparison this should be a 7 star. It was all you would expect :- Great food and drink - yes Great surroundings - yes Great facilities and rooms - yes Great activities - Awesome pools and beach - yes Well executed by the staff - yes Oh and extraordinary staff - yes Just perfect for us as a couple for a romantic week away, but we would bring the family with us next time as other families seemed to be having a great time of it…..…

Ikos was absolutely amazing! Its the only holiday ive been on which actually feels like a holiday when you have 3 Children!!! Heroes club for the children was insane!! The kids absolutely loved going every morning. My son has additional needs and they were amazing with him. Maria Tsafa and a lot of the other women were so professional and very warm. Plus my 9 month old I’ve never left with anyone and she was so happy to be there too. The food and entertainment was very good and the kids loved it. The only thing i would mention is when its so hot it would of been nice for the restaurants to close there doors so you can feel the air con working

We stayed at the Ikos Andalusia from July 31 till August 12 2022. We must say that it was an outstanding positive experience. Extraordinary friendly staff for whom nothing is too much we ask for. They always welcome you with a big smile and gorgeous very friendly and highly professional. The result is fantastic the variety of restaurants and menus is great and you can just relax and enjoy your holiday. The rooms are a bit small and the cupboard I'm not really too big. This is the only negative thing we can say everything else was just fantastic. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left we felt the wonderful atmosphere. No matter which restaurant we visited in the resort all were fantastic. The assistance of the guest relation is also outstanding. First we were a bit sceptical because an all inclusive resort is for families we thought but NO here there were couples who could enjoy the adult pool and area and the families went to the family pools. The applied for all other activities. It was just wonderful. My husband and I will surely return and we do look forward to our next stay even today -and we just arrived back home.…

“This is not just any all-inclusive, this is Ikos all-inclusive” (said in the M&S ad voice!). We have just stayed a week here and I can honestly say it was heaven on earth! The rooms, the decor, the bars, the restaurants, the pools, the setting….all outstanding. The food was incredible and catered for all tastes - a separate vegan menu was very welcome. What stood out even more than all this though was the service. Nothing was too much trouble, ever. All the staff bar none greeting us with a smile and a ‘hola’ and any queries we had were dealt with by the highly efficient WhatsApp messaging service. Free sunbed towels and the pool service for drinks and food was another luxury. We will definitely be back!

We had the best time here. 1 week that felt like 2 weeks and in the end no one wanted to leave. The hotel, the rooms, the pool, the gardens etc are all amazing, but what really made it special was the hotel staff. We were a bit afraid of the all-inclusive because we had a terrible experience once, but this hotel was completely different. The food and drinks were great, there was never a line to wait for food at anytime, we could go to any restaurant or order what ever we wanted with no restriction. Even when we were at the pool, every couple of minutes, someone would come to the sun beds and asks if we wanted anything. It is just an normal amazing 5 star hotel where you can order anything without worrying about the bill in the end. But by far what made out stay amazing and what will make us come back was the people. Everyone always seems happy to be there, always smiling and trying to be helpful. We never felt rushed or ignored. Gigi, the person that greet us at the hotel, did our check in and showed us to our room was great, during all week she kept asking if we were happy and if we had everything we needed. The day after our holidays, when we were back home, she even sent us a WhatsApp to ask if we arrived safely. My 2 girls loved the kids club, specially because of Lucia, they always came back with new dances and games they learned that morning. Everyone in all the restaurants were always super nice and accommodating with our kids, my youngest has a nuts allergies and they would make special deserts and foods specially for her so she wouldn’t feel like she was missing out. Every time we came back to the same restaurant, the person who served us before would remember us and what we had, it made us feel like we were regulares and going to those restaurants for years. In the family pool, and the person my kids still talk about and tell everyone about today, was one of the lifeguards. I’m sorry I don’t remember his name. He was amazing, he let the kids play and do their games without being to protective, but was always there. He was so nice that even when the kids came out of the pool, he would come with fresh towels for them, simply amazing. We all loved our stay at this hotel and we can’t recommend it enough to our friends and family. For sure we will come back again. Thank you to everyone that made it so special.…
