We stayed there 3 days and loved it. It was closed the the attractions as well as the shopping streets. The reception was very helpful including changing the room (to one with balcony and normal window). We will definitely come back next time in Malaga...More
The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the middle of (what we felt was) the best part of Malaga. It is centrally located with very easy access, not only on foot, but with a taxi rank almost outside & the trams just round...More
Second visit to the hotel, very happy to stay here.
The roof top pool & bar is amazing, the views are top draw as well of the city and the cathedral... breakfast is spot on, all the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Any city hotel with a rooftop pool will have limited space so it's hardly surprising it gets busy now and again. We have been going to Molina Lario twice a year for 10 years and never had a problem. This hotel is for the more discerning patron for its near location to the culture and amazing restaurants that Malaga City provides. If people want to lie in the sun all day then I suggest a hotel down the coast towards plastic Spain with kids running around screaming and thousands of sun beds everywhere or take a 15 min walk to the beach over the road past the Port. Molina Lario has been and still is the friendliest and best hotel in Malaga City and gives us everything that we require and I would class us as sunbathers. Have never heard a bad word about Molina Lario, if it doesn't cater to you're specific requirements go somewhere else.
