A very friendly hotel, centrally located and close toe verything. Excellent customer service. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. They spoke a variety of languages and always had a smile. We had an enjoyable stay. Thank you.

went to Marbella early December for 4 days..40 min drive from Malaga airport. hotel is in the centre of town, & quick walk to the marina & beachfront. standard in hotel was average..no minibar but clean although worn.some noise from traffic in front. staf was nice & breakfast good.had nice temp. on our stay 18 degrees C. had lunch &...

This is a great hotel in an ideal location.The staff are all very helpful and friendly,the rooms are spacious and very clean.The bathroom is good with plenty of hot water. All in all excellent value for money.

excellent value for money hotel is spotlessly clean.Staff are extremely helpful and nothing too much trouble. Central location to old town and easy access to seafront. near orange square with lots of shops/restaurants nearby. Would certainly recommend & will be back.

The staff where nice and friendly, The hotel was clean. Right in the middle of the city. Old city just behind. Close to everything. The hotel could need some refurbishing. Greatest bang for the buck. The cleanliness and strategic placement was a 5:er only the stile drew down the grades

best view room, quieter floors, reception did blended job to have completely stress free stay. and the food, mmmm just excellent. the stuff was the friendliest, even singing. unusual, felt comfortable with.with one worth; the greatest hotel with three stars!!!

We had a three day stay at this hotel. Two breakfasts. We were charged for three. After taking contact with the hotel about the charging we were told that we are not will be refunded but the way to get a compensation is to come and stay again in the hotel and get a discount on one breakfast. BAD BAD...
