Great hotel, ideal location. Really clean, quiet, great having a kitchenette and very cool comfortable. We will certainly return here. It ticked every box for us in terms of the location - really close to the sea and the bars and restaurants, supermarket, taxi ranks, old town and buses. We wanted to be in a central location and this didn't...

Mobility: 8 stairs from reception to lift. From lift to 7th floor you can walk up 2 flights of stairs (36 steps) to the roof. There are some loungers and a tiny very heated pool. Nice views, but no peace due to the constant clanking and screeching from the elevator shafts. There is a lounge, bar and small restaurant on...

Just got back from Marbella I went with 3 other adults for my grandmas 80TH birthday we had booked 2 rooms both had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. The rooms were clean and well equipped. The reception staff were all so helpful. The hotel is in a good location on the sea front and close to bars...

Superb beach location at the end of the strip. Extremeley clean and well maintained. They are very nice studio apartments with enchanting views of the sea and mountains. Comfortable beds and nice linen. Great pillows! Very polite and helpful staff at reception. 7 minute walk to the old historic town of Marbella with its cobble stone narrow streets and a...

Situated near the old town and with outlook to the sea. This hotel is a great solution for those who may want to eat in now and again as there is a kitchenette in each room. Great breakfast room and terrace on the 8th floor overlooking the sea, with a modest food selection, but more than adequate. I paid ca...

First time in Marbella and picked Princesa Playa for its location and facilities. We can honestly say it did not disappoint. The apartment had everything you need to cook a meal if you choose (we didn't unless you count French toast), the balconies are fine and the rooftop terrace cafe and pool are great. All the staff, without exception, were...

Stayed here for 3 nights with my mum last June. We loved this hotel/apartments - very large and spacious and reasonably priced. The hotel is opposite the beach and sits on a beautiful tree lined promenade which has some lovely bars and restaurants. We didn't take the breakfast option at the hotel as we enjoyed a short stroll each morning...

Staying here for the 8th time. Reasonable 4 star apartment/hotel right at the beach in the city center. Comfortable beds. Clean. Pools on the top with good views of the seaside. Restaurant on 8th floor serves breakfast (€12,50 pp). Many tapas bars and simple restaurants in the area. Good place for walks along the beach avenue, maybe to Puerto Banus...

Very pleasantly surprised. Not overly expensive when we visited in February but a great place and excellent location. The rooms were basic but very clean.  The kitchen wasn't brilliantly stocked but had everything you'd need to prepare a light meal.  It didn't bother us too much as we ate out every night. There is a small pool on the roof which we didn't...

Really Pleasant on arrival, nice rooms, nice staff. Location is great for bars & restaurants. Good views. Only faults were a really noisy family next to us for 2 nights ( more sound proofing required ) could do with hotel bar/restaurant being open later especially as there are such good views from the top. Could do with having free parking...
