Do not book this hotel if you are looking for a relaxing holiday. It is constantly full of large groups of British stag, hen and golf parties who are mostly noisy and foul mouthed. The rooms are poorly insulated for noise which makes sleeping impossible.

The staff here are probably the most helpful we've ever encountered on a family holiday. We turned up on the Saturday to be informed that our holiday company had gone bust and that the room had been cancelled by the agent. However Maria and Lars and the rest of the team were wonderful, very supportive and extremely sympathetic. They found...

The location is superb . Very close to beach and walking distance to Orange square, 15 Min taxi drive to PB. I haven't come across such lovely pleasant polite staff in a hotel in a long while. They were very accommodating as we booked separate rooms and were on different floor so they put us in rooms close by. When...

First of all, I have to really underline the incredible staff working in the hotel. I've been to many hotels, but I've never had such a great service. Always smiling! Always ready to help you! No exceptions! Absolutely fantastic, five star service. The room was nice and clean, with a very good air conditioning. The locations is perfect, 3 minutes...

This hotel is perfect if you just want a nice little hotel with no fancy extras. It's not going to blow you away but it's far from terrible. Stayed here with my sister for 2 night at the end of July, we had room 114 as we got upgraded to a suite and it was lovely. The air con worked...

Stayed for a week in July 2016. Arrived 3 hours before stated check-in but it was not a problem, room allocated within 5 minutes along with a free drink voucher from the bar. The staff are very friendly and informative. The rooms, although basic, were very clean and turned down every day. The pool area was very small and had...
