We have just returned from our stay in Carihuela Park Palace and wish we were back!! We stayed in a private appt, which was 100%, everything we needed was supplied down to iron and ironing board. The complex is well equipped, swimming pools were clean and well used. Small shop on site. The bar serves good food from about 12...

Have bought 2 weeks time share at the end of June & now visit every year. Weather is always very warm with long sunny days. Recently visited on 19th Sept for 1 week. Apartments have now been upgraded & are very nice. All external cosmetic work has been completed. Looking now to buy another weeks share. With regard to Voom...

Having been to this apartment block for many years previously we booked a week for early July thinking there would be few children as this complex was previously mostly Brits & Dutch. The buildings & gardens are well tended & improvements are being made to upgrade the whole facade. There has been a major shift in ownership and it is...

I read the reviews for this complex and can understand the disappointment that some people have experienced in the past. The difficulty was that IN THE PAST many owners were not paying their community charges (for various reasons) and the situation was indeed dire with no money for improvements etc. However over the past 3 years things have been improving...

We always go to La Carihuela every year, in June and September. We stary in another apartment in June and last year stayed at the Carihuela Park Palace in September, having seen it in the June and because our usual apartment was booked. We booked privately and we had a studio. The lady who ownes the studio is very nice...

We booked with a private owner for a two-week stay. Studio had everything we needed and was clean, cozy and comfortable. You do get what you pay for, so abandon any 3 or 4-star expectations. While the apartment itself had been updated within recent years, the Carihuela Park Palace complex is stuck in a '60s time warp, and the lobbies...

Back again to friends private timeshare. Now put hire of sunbeds up to 3 euros each per day which is shocking because they are uncomfortable and sag in the middle - you don't even get a parasol either. Loads of apartments lying empty and bits falling of the balconies. Family downstairs dragged the furniture and chairs all day and most...

This place has recovered from a near disaster a few years ago. The Cooperative apartments are comfortable and well managed. The local services provided by Margarita are much appreciated. We very much look forward to going back again.
