I arrived in Granada without previous arrangements and was delighted to find this hotel. The hotel is very well located near the Cathedral, and from there you can visit the main attractions in the city. Room was extremely clean and comfortable though small like most rooms in Europe. An added value is the link between famous writer Garcia Lorca and...

We really loved this hotel. At every turn there is something from the 1920s or 30s. There is a Gaudi like skylight from the restaurant up the 4 or 5 floors to the roof. The restaurant is magnificent, so opulent.

Through the front door in to the charming Andalucían lobby made me think that I was in for a treat but that was not to happen. The room was dated and the bed extremely uncomfortable, I'd rather have slept on the floor. I've stayed in granada many times and for the money spent I know I should have got a...

The hotel is located in a lovely area of Granada, steps to the Cathedral and cafés. It is clean and the staff was very nice. The breakfast buffet was included in the price and it was good/sufficient. One thing, there is a safe in the room but you have to pay extra for it - I did not know this...

We stayed there in Dec. 2016 for one night and had a pleasant stay. The room and bathroom was bigger than expected and everything fine for the price we paid. BUT, now I have received a traffic fine from Granada Town hall informing me that I was not authorized to use the road which leads to the Hotel !!!! not...

The room was small, but that is expected in Europe. It was clean. The bed mattress was a bit stiff for me and the pillow was unusual. The staff at the reception were helpful and pleasant. The location was convenient walking distance to the places I wanted to go to. This was very good value, and with a similar price,...

I didn't know what to expect given the previous reviews but I was very pleasantly surprised . Perfect location with lots of lovely bars and restaurants close by . We booked a double room and it had a small living room too so loads of room. We were there in October and it was still about 24 degrees so air...

Ultimate self service canteen. Even got to serve your own tea or coffee. When wedding receptions or wedding fayres took place residents were left to their own devices. When complaints were made they were rejected and lies told about being offered drinks as compensation.Lovely building, poor organisation and nothing much round about without bussing or taking taxis.

The hotel located in the city center was the place where the poet Federico Garcia Lorca spent his last days, you could even feel him like a ghost inside the building. The most important things in a hotel for me are beds, breakfast and wifi and I was disappointed. It was also very stinky. I wouldn't recommend it.

We have been to this hotel many times and are always impressed with the central location, the excellent cafeteria, the reasonable prices, comfortable rooms and, most of all, the continuing courtesy and friendliness of the staff.
