Stayed at this wonderful hotel with 3 friends from 07/11 to 09/11. The room was lovely and clean. Bathroom also, although shower could do with a little updating. Breakfast was plentiful & a member of staff available to help with a smile. Reception staff were always smiling and again extremely helpful. This is a 1* hotel with a 4* service.

Close to the centre of Granada and the old town and bus routes this hotel is well placed. It is not luxurious or modern but has a very pleasant ambiance. It's close to many streets full of great restaurants and the Cathedral and city centre are about 5 minutes walk away. The rooms are clean and pleasant and comfortable enough....

Had a very friendly reception and emediate access to the room. We asked for reservations to Alhambra but something went wrong with the Alhambracheck-inn system, so we ended up believing we couldn't see it. It turned out the hotel staff tried for so long that night until they succeeded in getting our tickets. Well done!!! And thanks a million. They...

The hotel is ideally located for tapas bars, shopping and visiting The Alhambra. It was clearly once an elegant hotel but now a little tired, but still perfectly acceptable and worth considering. Staff were friendly but skip the breakfast option; better to head to one of the several cafes just outside. The shower was a challenge. It's quite a beast...

Very good location close to the city centre, to the tapas bar in Calle Navas and 3 minutes walk from the bus stop for the Alhambra (that you can also reach by foot in about 20 minutes) but in a quiet area. The hotel is at the 4th floor of a nice building facing on a lovely small square, the...

Personal, hotel, location, comfort all unique. Just because the hotel is on the 4th floor and so has one star, I do not know who invented it. It is the convenience of guests and whether reception is on the ground or on the 4th floor it does not matter. Sitting out on the balcony was very nice. Drink is the...

A bit hard to find but once there, it's a very good spot to stay in the old city of Granada. It has a supermarket downstairs where you can get cheap groceries. It's also walking distance to many attractions in Granada. A bit dark at night but seemingly safe. Many good eateries nearby. Hotel staff are able to converse in...

I went in off season, so the value for the hotel I thought was great since it provided a good location, clean nice rooms, friendly staff. It might be off-putting to some that the building isn't a dedicated hotel, but that shouldn't be a big deal. I would go back if I ever passed through Granada.
