The service at the desk is excellent and the rooms are just perfect. Everything is taken care of. I feel quite at home and very relaxed. The bathroom looks very new and super clean. The hotel is in the middle of Granada, walking distance from its famous cathedral.

Stayed with Riviera Tours. The hotel has been refurbished & is stylish (on level 5). Rooms have fridge (with tumblers chilling!), safe, hairdryer, toiletries, & the pillows/ bolsters are soft!! Breakfast is the standard fare, coffee not great & not a great choice of teas. No bar up at the pool but lots of loungers & some tables & chairs...

Dear customer, thank you very much for your valuation, it is for us a pride that you enjoyed your stay with us and that you have enjoyed our renovated hotel. As it says, we have a nice pool, this does not have a bar but you can upload drinks from the Hotel's cafe at a very good price. Our pool...

Our third and final hotel for the Riviera Classical Spain tour, and by far the best. If only we’d taken our own kettle… The recently refurbished room was spacious (OK, relatively spacious), well appointed and comfy. It had a mind-blowingly powerful shower which counts for a lot. We only sampled the breakfast, which was OK, and avoided the dinner buffet....

Dear Anne, thank you for your comments, we are glad that you enjoyed your stay with us and that you have enjoyed our Hotel. We are studying the possibility of putting kettles in the rooms, to see if the property of the Hotel approve them and our customers would enjoy much more. Aside if they need hot water we can...

This was the last hotel on our classic Spain tour. Has been refurbished to a very high standard of decor and fittings. Only stayed for two nights and the hotel met our needs well as we had to leave early on departure day to get to the airport. My only criticism of the place is that when the bar/ lounge...

Dear Covbusinessman, thank you for your comments, we are located in one of the best areas of Granada, just 12 minutes from the Cathedral. You can walk to any part of Granada. Our rooms are very complete. Normally the cafeteria area is reinforced when there is greater demand, what happens is that this is very unpredictable and complicated to control....

Whilst the hotel is nicely located for access to central downtown Granada, it did lack reasonable space in our bedroom (316) and the "double" bed was far too small by modern standards. It was clean and quiet though. Breakfast was average and the coffee was a little below average. Helpful staff, but why the antiquated system of having to collect...

In our first use of the shower, the shower handle was loosely holding that the water was going every where. So we managed the showering, went to the front desk, and reported the issue. As you would expect, it would be done by the time we come back. We left the hotel, and came back late at night. In the...

We stayed here for two nights as part of an organised tour. The location is good. Quiet and an easy walk to the Cathedral. Also walkable to Albaicin and the Alhambra - though uphill for both. Hotel looks to have been extensively re-furbished. Room was on the small side but well presented with the rare benefit of a bathtub. The...

Dear Customer, thank you very much for your comments, we are very well located just 10 minutes from the old town and in one of the best rated areas of Granada. A well located hotel only 10 mins easy walk to the old centre of Granada. Modern and well appointed. Only negative points were the quite hard bolsters instead of pillows, and the ill fitting glass doors to the en-suite bathrooms which lead to a certain lack of privacy. Our room (221) looked out onto a bare wall about 3m away,...

Room 505 near lift was clean with large bed, fridge and kettle etc. Not much room to hang clothes but good shower.
