I had an angry letter posted under my door warning further action if i continue smoking in the room. I explained to the reception staff this must be a mistake as I dont smoke (and have never smoked) I was expecting an apology as this was clearly a mistake? but i only had the threat to stop smoking repeated. They...

Enjoyed our stay here. Great central location, close to cafes, restaurants, shops and the Alhambra with bus stop right outside. Clean and comfortable room on second floor. Comfy beds and pillows, wardrobe (only 4 hangers in wardrobe), safe provided for valuables inside wardrobe, decent size fridge, en suite bath/shower (sanitary bin a bit tiny). Soap and shower gel provided. Couldn't...

We booked through Booking.com and the pictures were very nice, price was very good for a party of 4. We stayed there for 3 nights and we could not complaint. Room was duplex (with a mezzanine with 2 twin beds for the kids). Careful with the stairs! The hotel is quiet new and nice and simple white decor. Location is...

We stayed the first weekend in December had had the room with pink carpets! It was a spacious room with roof light Windows. A nicely designed bathroom with shampoo and shower gel and ample towels. A hairdryer was provided. There was a small mini fridge in the room and to ( we only found Spanish language channels). There was a...

The Marquis Urban Hotel is situated in the jewish quarter of Granada, and you do have to drive along some narrow streets to reach it. The car park is conveniently situated less than a two minute walk from the hotel. The small hotel has extremely pleasant and helpful staff. Our bedroom had everything you needed, all modern and exceptionally clean....

We collected our car at Granada airport and drove to the hotel. I'm used to narrow streets, but these.....! The car park the hotel recommends should be part of any driving test - getting a car in and out should qualify you as an advanced driver! The hotel itself was excellent although it was only a short stay - 2...

Quirky modern hotel with exceptionally charming and helpful staff. Marvellously located with all the the 'must does' in Granada close by as well as cafes and restaurants. Parking available nearby. Buses run from outside the hotel up to the Alhambra for those who cannot face the climb!

It was in an area that you could walk to the al hambra as well as restaurants and shopping and other sites. The room was pretty minimal. My husband and I did not like the pillow. Breakfast was ok. Staff was helpful and kept our luggage while we explored.
