We stayed in room 2 which was straight out of a Medieval novel. Probably the most amazing room I have ever been in. Anna at the front desk was incredibly helpful with any questions. She really made the stay great. Her dinner recommendations were perfect. The hotel treated us like royalty. The front desk welcomed us warmly everytime we returned....

The Palacio de Santa Ines is an excellent hotel- very well situated, beautifully decorated and comfortably furnished, with very helpful staff. Amazing breakfast buffet, and a very useful post-siesta tea available. Overall a wonderful experience.

I was really happy with my stay at the hotel. I had a huge room, no view of the Alhambra but the key aspect for me was that it was nice and quiet and secure. The bed was very comfortable and all the facitilies were excellent and spacious. I didn't have breakfast included but I went to a wonderful little...

This is a small delightful hotel with Arabic decor in a lovely old building, with all the rooms off an enclosed central courtyard. Granada has private car access restrictions and it is not possible to drive to the hotel. However, the hotel does offer discounted access to a public car park which is about 15 minutes from the hotel. We...

Top notch. Great people. Great location. Nothing fancy about this place but the atmosphere was exactly what I expected. Everything I had interest in was within walking distance. Staff are wealth of information. Simply healthy breakfast every morning. I will stay here again if I have the opportunity to return to Granada.

We meant to stay one night in this hotel and loved it so stayed an extra night. Typical arabic style hotel with indoor courtyards. Our room had a mezzanine with an extra bed for our 6 year old, which was perfect. Perfect location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Beware that if you need parking, it's well managed by...

I found this place to be magical! We got a room with a view of the Alhambra. It was amazing! The location was great, within a short walk from where the airport bus drops off at the cathedral. The hotel is close to bars, restaurants, the sights, and even to the side entrance to the Alhambra. So if you already...

Our room was quiet and comfortable. The building is attractively decorated and very old. Staff helpful and polite. Good breakfast. Location excellent, just below the Alhambra and set back from a walkway alongside the river - very convenient for everything we wanted to see.
