You're really stepping into another world when you approach this historic hotel. The location is as good as it gets, in the quaint old town by the little river. Rooms surround a beautiful, old central courtyard and from the upper floors you can see the Alhambra through glass. The

Great little boutique family hotles with a typical central courtyard. Updated to modern facilities but tastefully to retain the old features. Very close to the historic centre and the Alhambra. I would definitely stay there again.

Hi All. Just booked a break for next February at this splendid (we hope) Hotel to coincide with our Anniversary and a birthday. When is the best time / way to book Alhambra tickets and given its February when's the best time of day to go? Thanks for any guidance. Colin & Linda.
What they said! If you are there for a couple of days and would like a change for breakfast, I would also recommend the breakfast at the hotel up the main street, Shine Albaycin. Really great as well. But I highly recommend Santa Ines, we had a wonderful stay there, front desk is so helpful and friendly. Book tickets ahead of time for sure, and get up there in the morning if possible. And eat at Los Diamantes. Great seafood!

Hi, I booked a double room with view already. But my mother cannot manage too many steps. I would like to know if there is a lift directly going to the floor of the double room with view? Can I request my room on that floor with lift access? Thank you
Hi If I remember correctly, they do have a lift but I believe there are many stairs from the road to their front door and I'm not sure if a taxis can get you straight to the door. We were dropped off at the street next to the river and walked 2 flights up to their door. Call the hotel they are very accommodating

Dear Cecilia, Really there is no difference, all double rooms with views are superior. We´ll do everything possible for you can have a nice room with beautiful Alhambra views. Thank you very much Kindly Desk Department

Will the family room have 4 beds. We have 2 kids 12 and 14 and wondered if we needed 2 rooms.
I’m not sure what they call a family room. We had a bedroom with a queen bed and a living room with 2 small couches, probably not big enough for your kids but I would contact the hotel directly and ask. I don’t think I had a family room.
