What a lucky find and what a treat! Lovely, lovely hotel. Such an old building, steeped in history and totally Spanish. Had a Superior room with our own sitting room that looked out to the Alhambra - it was amazing. Great location. Can thoroughly recommend. Didn't want to leave!

Perfect location and great service, but for the price I would expect a better room. It was shabby, the mattress was saggy (though they did change it on request, unfortunately after one bad night), the shower head was broken, there was a smell of drains in the bathroom, and we could hear our neighbouring guests showering and coughing as if...

The location was good, we could walk to a lot of places and we got some bus passes that also worked well. The public spaces in the hotel were beautiful but the room was quite ordinary with old furniture. We were annoyed because they advertised an afternoon coffee/tea and we looked forward to it as a break from days full...

Beautiful hotel that is in the very busy old quarter but nice and quiet. Lovely building and quaint, unusual rooms. We will definitely be back. 16th century wall friezes in the reception are the start of it!

The location of the hotel is absolutely ideal for visiting Granada, quietly tucked away off a little old passage way near the river, with plenty of lovely places to eat and drink nearby. The hotel itself is lovely. Our rooms were very spacious, clean and with great character, and the two rooms in which we stayed had wonderful views of...

Dear Guest, Many thanks for your nice comment referring the Palacio de Santa Inés. We are happy to know that your stay was enjoyable. We spent 2 nights in this fantastic, beautiful old Spanish style hotel. It is 3 star, but if you don't ask for a lot of luxury things, I highly recommend this hotel, It is convenient, in the old town, near the river road, just a quick turn, up a few steps, beautifully decorated by wood work, and friendly staff.

This hotel is a gem. Wonderful accommodation in a great location, walking distance to all of the major historical sites. The staff are most helpful, friendly and professional. The building itself is stunning with so much history and atmosphere.

We loved our stay at this character-filled hotel. All the rooms are furnished individually, with original pieces. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Position is perfect - nestled on the river, and an easy walk to attractions. Pleasant, helpful staff. Interesting décor and architectural features in bedrooms and public areas. We had a room on the 2nd floor, to which there was a lift.
