We are fans of the Spanish Paradors and have stayed at a number of them and usually had excellent experiences. I highly recomment the Parador of Carmona, which is one of the best Paradors we have ever stayed at. The Parador de Granada was a disaster. The service was poor; the rooms were average at best, and there was no...

Great people, service, location and environment. Within the Alhambra, serene, beautiful grounds, amazing views. The terrace is an awesome place to sit and have a drink and take in the view of GeneralLife and surroundings

This hotel could not have a better location. It is simply stunning and a very charming place to stay. The rooms are average but the thing that lets it down is the service. It was slow (especially in the terrace bar area), disinterested (especially in the restaurant) and generally not up to the standard expected. The dining room meal was...

The staff were very helpful. I had a trouble booking the Alhambra and the staff helped us to find a way to see it. They squeezed us into a English guide tour. We needed to stay an extra day to attend the tour, so they managed to let us stay in the same room to stay two days in a...

You cannot go wrong staying here to visit Alhambra. Rooms in the old part 201-208 are best with a view of the gardens and pool/fountain. Parking available. The restaurant has delicious local cuisine. Expensive but worth every penny.

It is in the building of the church so location is superb. You do however have to go all the way out and around in order to enter the Alhambra itself. Best parking in the town although very small. Room is not big but nice. Modern. Breakfast is very good. Dinner is good but expensive. Staff is somehow "cold" and...

Best location in Granada, on the grounds of the Alhambra. And just a short downhill walk into the city center. Lovely courtyard bar for drinks and tapas. Need reservations for dinner. Hotel and rooms are modern, not as atmospheric as I was expecting. Staff booked excellent private guide (Antonio) for 3 hour Alhambra tour. Also keep in mind, unlike other...

The parador inside the Alhambra is a three star hotel in a perfect location. I was disappointed in The Tower Room after paying top dollar. Two flights of stairs to get to the floor then two more sets of stairs to get to the bedroom. Bathroom is on the first floor with a small modern sitting room. Not what I...

Dear guest, Thank you very much for your review. We wish to explain that the room 304 (called The Tower of the Sunrise) is the highest point inside the Alhambra. We have an elevator only to the first floor as it is located in the historical area of the building. But this room is specially appreciated by the guests because...

Situated in the Alhambra palace complex, this is a magical, special location. Strongly recommend you book the Alhambra tour through the parador BEFORE your visit. Hotel & amenities notvcheap but well worth it. Excellent service, excellent food, staff couldn't have been more helpful. If arriving by car, don't go into the public car park, keep to the lane to the...

We stayed to eat in the cafeteria of the Parador (Hotel) within the walls of La Alhambra and thought it was a nice place to be to eat tapas. We had good service and enjoyed a nice time prior to going on the late night tour of the Alhambra.
