A lovely small hotel in great location, situated in the old town and close to the Alhambra, restaurants and main sightseeing attractions. There was a feeling of quality as soon as we entered through the doors, with very helpful reception staff and a beautiful shaded courtyard, where 'free' afternoon teas are served. Our deluxe room was spacious, a huge bed,...

This hotel is located in an old house with an internal courtyard. The renovations are absolutely stunning. Rooms are small but very clean and well equipped. The staff are super friendly and nice. Perfectly located in the old Moorish quarter. The only downside is that you need to park your car a ways away and walk to the hotel, but...

Great location wonderful staff and very helpful. Take their recommendations they were perfect. Beautiful rooms with lots of attention to detail Loved the complimentary high tea. Breakfast very good. Granada a fabulous city- Alhambra is amazing, book a tour early as it's crowded and hot.

This Hotel is very beautiful. Stylish and very classy. The staff are very accommodating and very courteous. My grandson and I took the Alhambra Tour while we were there and we got the nicest and friendliest tour guide. Her name is Beatriz Arenas Ibarrondo. She speaks English very well and she is very knowledgeable of the area and the history...

Jose, is very helpful and informative. Advised us where to get tickets for visiting The Alhambra castle. He also gave us a room that is in the 1st floor which pleased my husband very much. The room is adequate enough for 2 people which we requested. Very well equipped with tea and coffee making. The bottled water is also free...

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location does require a bit of a walk to most of the restaurants & other destinations; however, it is on a nice hidden quiet street. Our room was very nice - no complaints. The concierge was wonderful. Service was outstanding. For example, one day we brought a take-out lunch to the...

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Casa 1800. The location is great, the staff are great. But the reason for my review is to mention an exceptional service that happened after we left. We checked out and took the train to our next destination. When we arrived and tried to check in to our next hotel, we discovered we'd...

I'll try to be very fair about my comments on this hotel. My comments will resume to the rooms. We did not have any other experience such as breakfast, service, view, etc., I cannot make comments about these experiences. Initially, we have booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. We stayed only the first night. We were traveling with 2 kids....

Great location. We visited everywhere on foot. Walked to the Alhambra. Stylish building. Room lovely. Free water was a very nice touch, as were the afternoon snacks. Breakfast a little expensive so we ate elsewhere most mornings. Staff very helpful and obliging. We could not fault it. Re things to do, the Segway tour round the area was fantastic. I...

Charming hotel on pedestrian street close to Alhambra but in town so easy walks to a variety of restaurants. Also puts you close to Sacramonte area with interesting Gypsy Flamenco shows and tremendous views back toward the Alhambra. We looked at staying at the Parador, but I think the proximity to town makes this location preferable. Rooms were a little...
