The hotel is very well located with the Plaza Neuve at the bottom of the street and the entrance to the Alhambra at the top. We parked at La Caleta parking and then took a taxi to the hotel as they had advised. The parking costs 13 euro/night(discounted). To and from the parking is around 7 euro by taxi  each...

Dear guest, Thank you very much for your input. Regarding the space in our rooms and our bathroom, we would like to inform you that our Hotel is a 19th century building, located in a highly protected area of the city (near the Alhambra). When restoring it, we had to respect the original areas and dimensions and adapt our rooms...

Everything here is very compact, perhaps even small. The tiny breakfast room in the basement is a little claustrophobic but a perfectly adequate buffet is to be had. The room and bathroom were fine for me but would have been a real challenge to a largish couple. However, the position a few metres up Cuesta de Gomerez is ideal for...

Hotel staff were super friendly and accomidating. Spoke perfect english. Room was clean. Location was great for visiting the Al Hambra, and also near many other things. Only bad things: air conditioner was very tricky to figure out, and the beds were a little hard.

Tonight is our last night here. The staff is fantastic - ready to answer any question. The young lady downstairs just helped me buy tickets on line (because they needed to be printed and I can't do that from my iPad) for train from Malaga to Madrid. Rooms are great. Showers and AC are wonderful. Perfect location within City just...

Small but clean and very cozy. Located at the very center of the city of Granada, 5 minutes walk to the Alhambra palace gate. Friendly and competent reception staff.

Hotel is inside a restricted part of Granada. This makes things either good or bad. More good I think. Room: Clean. Stayed on the 3rd floor and we had no windows in the room except one which opened up to the hallway. So no natural light really. Bathroom was tiny! but it did the job. Only annoyance is that double...

A wonderful modern hotel about 10-20 walking minutes downhill from the Alhambra. Best hotel service we had on our 23-day France/Spain trip. Did our entire family's laundry for a mere €9 (cheaper than our French laundromat), made Alhambra and Arab bath reservations without a hitch, even gave us access to facilities after we checked out while waiting for evening train....

We found the service at this hotel to be excellent, with the people at reception most helpful and friendly. Their English was perfect. Breakfast was good, as was the operation of WiFi in the room. The hotel is a good base for a visit to the Alhambra, and is very close to a lively area of bars and restaurants. However,...

Location is great - just a few minutes from many of tourist sites and Plaza Nueva. The room was small and we requested a double bed but were given two singles which were later joined together.
