I was impressed by the staff of the hotel. They were very attentive and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable, with good facilities. Although close to a busy street, the room was quiet. The hotel was close to all the attractions, which was accessible by foot. Overall very good standards!

My husband and I stayed here for one night in September, and we really loved it. The room was quite large for European standards and very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only negative was that you could hear people in the hallway (from the room) a bit. Overall, Hotel Sauce was very cute and nice and close...

Loved our stay here. So quiet but at same time so central. Fabulous room on first floor, great shower and immaculately clean. Asked for a bottle of fizz to celebrate my husband's 50th and email reply asked even down to whether I wanted the bottle left in the room for arrival or on actual birthday and even down to what...

Hotel Sauce is a nice small average hotel in the heart of Zaragoza. Close to almost everything in the city. Rooms are quiet and clean, bed is comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Free wi-fi is available. The halls are dark when you enter them but there is a motion sensor that turns the lights on. There is...

Great location, walking distance to the Basilica, La Seo, El Tubo, and other attractions. Staff were helpful, friendly and attentive! (We asked them a question one night and when they saw us the next day, they asked us how it went). Comfortably sized rooms. Brilliant breakfast! Got to try their tortilla! Hotel has its own (paid) parking. Warning: small cars...

The Sauce is a small, beautiful hotel just one block from Zaragoza's main cathedral Basilica de Nuestra Senora del Pilar and the adjacent large square Plaza de César Augusto. Great location ! And what a gem it is ! We had a comfortable, spacious room with large bathroom at a great price, including breakfast which was superb. The famous tortilla...

Hotel Sauce is small, clean, comfortable hotel with an artsy vibe. The lobby was undergoing renovations, so the check-in/check-out was a little crowded but not a big problem. The breakfast buffet was full of luscious cheeses, pastries, fruit and ham. Get there early, since it can get a bit crowded. Zaragoza is a great place for a couple of days...

The room and hotel are really cool and interesting. Perfect size, well maintained and clean. We had some trouble at check-in, they gave us a room that wasn't cleaned yet but they quickly fixed it. The staff also appeared overwhelmed at times during the check-in/check-out times since there's only one desk and many people waiting in line. To summarize, wonderful...

We stayed here in September for a couple of nights. The hotel is very central in Zaragoza and within easy walking distance to all of the main sights. There is parking available too which is a bonus. The room was really quiet and very clean with one of the comfiest beds we've ever had. Breakfast was also great also with...

My friends and I stayed overnight at this lovely, family run hotel. On arrival, a member of the family parked our car in the hotel's car park and all the staff were extremely helpful. The rooms are quirky, no doubt due to the age of the building, but spotless and clean. Lovely shower room and toiletries, tv in the room...
