Comfortable hotel, good shower, comfy beds, good size room with plenty of power points, a mirror in bedroom would have been handy(only mirror in bathroom) hair dryer not bad for hotel dryer.. Parking safe but limited space. Breakfast good value. Very helpful staff. Outside hotel interesting tapas bars. Across the road is a very typical Spanish bar tasty snacks. Would...

The Hotel is in a good location. Sirimiri was clean and comfortable. The rooms are not big but have everything you need for a weekend stay. The breakfast was good, and there were choices. The walls are thin and could do with a fan or air con. We needed another pillow as we are used to plump pillows. The staff...

Arrived in Bilbao after a week of walking Camino De Santiago and needed some r&r. Made a few calls and most places booked up. Booked another hotel and went to view it and it was horrid. Eventually found Hotel Sirimiri and got the last 2 rooms. The staff were really pleasant and helpful, informative and engaging. The rooms and en...

We took a double room on the first floor (in EU, 2nd floor US) near the back side of the hotel. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Bathroom was good-sized and water pressure was just fine. Front desk was helpful, providing us with a map of the old city and suggesting places to eat and drink. They offer a breakfast,...

A very pleasant city to visit but difficult to get to! I am visiting my son Ryan who is on his year abroad from Uni and made the journey to Bilbao on Thursday. There are no direct flights from Newcastle and the easiest way was to fly to Heathrow then on to Bilbao. I did however have 7 hour wait...

There are a few negative reviews about Sirimiri but we had a really good experience here. Yes, some of the rooms might be a little dated and the carpark is small. However, our room was comfortable, we had two double beds, the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and the reception staff were fantastic and very helpful. The hotel is...

The hotel is close to the old town, so handy for good places to eat. There is a tram stop nearby , giving easy and cheap access to the Guggenheim. The room I had was large (two double beds), with a fridge and safe. The shower was in the bath and had a tendency to flood the bathroom floor. There...

Arrived at Bilbao airport around 21.30 and caught the local Bizkaibus 3247 right outside to Plaza Moyua for only 1 euro 45 per ticket. Journey time into Bilbao was about twenty minutes. Our guidebook map wasn't too detailed, so we ended up taking a taxi from the square to the hotel. Taxi cost 7 euros. Staff friendly and helpful. We...

Booked to stay for one night prior to getting ferry back to UK. Arrived to find the car park full , it only holds 12 cars in a very tight area. Reception advised me to try the streets behind the hotel, an area surrounded by hi-rise apartment buildings. I drove around the area for 10 minutes without finding a space....
